out and relax, imagining, if you will, as if your thoughts,

place of change, of harmony, of balance, of clarity of thought,

that feeling of unwinding with every outbreath, a most beautiful
sigh that touches the very core of your soul. With calm,
quiet contemplation. Outbreath after outbreath, you relax ever deeper you unwind,

you find peace within the moment. So relax now deeper
and deeper and deeper still your only thought, your sole focus,

the beauty of the outbreath. Relax, focus only on this
one thought. Relax and unwind deeply and safely within the

sanctuary of your consciousness, so that within the beauty of
your thoughts in your mind's eye, as you breathe out,
now you visualize these wonderful, caring words. You repeat them

as you see them, softly, silently, without moving your jaw,
your lips, or your tongue, and you hold them in
your thoughts. So relaxed, drift deeply, imagine and repeat, ay,
