of every breath. Let your focus move at will from
one area of your chest to another. Examine every sensation
with your beautiful mind, taking note of the change between

the in breath and the outbreath. Maybe focus in one
area for a while, or simply let your thoughts meander
aimlessly from the lowest part of your chest to your shoulders,

from the front to the back, and the pressure against
the chair or bed. Explore it all, just taking note
of every feeling, with every breath to the exclusion of
all other thoughts. And as you start to focus on

these shifting sensations, as you breathe out, allow your mind
to become aware of the simple beauty of letting go
of pure relaxation, not just of the muscles around your

chest and shoulders, but in your mind as well. Exhale
and lax deeply and safely. Maybe imagine yourself in your
magical place of change, may be your favorite holiday destination,

or simply a beach or an open field where would
you go to be completely at peace? Imagine yourself there
now and still. With every outbreath, that feeling of balance,

of mindful harmony intensifies, and you now allow yourself to unwine,
to let go of the negative, toxic thoughts, to allow

every muscle fiber in your being to loosen, to lengthen,
and you drift ever deeper, further and further down into
your wonderful mind, safe and secure. And as your breathing

finds its natural, balanced rhythm, as your thoughts become calm
and relaxed, in the beauty of your mind's eye, you
see these wonderful words of health and positivity. With every

outbreath they shine bright in your thoughts, and you read
them softly internally, but feel the power and brilliance of them.
So relax, unwine, imagine, and repeat. Tranquility flows through my

Big stretch, and then open your eyes and smile. Thank
