Welcome in. This is calming anxiety, your moment for ten
minutes of daily guided meditation, a wonderful affirmation, a moment
reunite mind, body and soul. So find your quiet place

somewhere you won't be disturbed, where you can sit or
lie down, whichever you prefer. And now close your eyes
and with your imagination, reach out and focus with the
almost hypnotic rhythm, the rise and fall of each and

every press just you a moment in time in your day,
and a new found connection between mind and body. So
take this moment to truly connect, to explore and appreciate

the rhythm of the rise and fall of every breath
and the sound of my voice. Letting your focus your
attention move randomly from one area of your chest to another,

but taking note the shift in sensations as you inhale,
as you become aware of how your rib cage starts
to rise, expanding, and all the feelings that come from this,

this one simple act from the chain changing feeling on
the surface of your skin may be pressing against the
fabric of clothing you wear, or simply the temperature of
the air in the room around you, the difference in

pressure of your back as it rests against the chair
or bed on which you lie, or simply the movement
of your shoulders in unison with the inn and the out.

Explore it all, connect, examine, appreciate, and so with every outbreath,
open your mind now all of your awareness, simple yet

usually unnoticed beauty and joy of relaxation, of blissful, mindful release.
Every outbreath you become more in tune with the joy

of unwinding, of letting go, of breathing away all of
the day's negativity and doubt, those moments of stress of annoyance.
