where you won't be disturbed, somewhere relaxing, to sit or
lie down and close your eyes, and with your thoughts,
reach out and touch the feelings in your chest, and

be aware now of the simple beauty, the rhythm of
every breath a moment, the truly the shifting sensations as
you inhale, as your chest rises as it expands, to

be mindful of that pause between the inn and the outbreath.
And then as you exhale, you open your awareness the
very simple beauty of release, of relaxation, of that wonderful

deep sigh that not only flows through your shoulders and chest,
but through the very core of your soul. Pushing aside
the negativity and stress of the day and replacing it
with calm acceptance. Maybe imagine placing your thoughts, your consciousness

deep within the space of your lungs, so that you
become super aware of every subtle new ones as you
start to breathe in to truly connect with every feeling,
every shifting change as your rib cage expands and rises,

to truly feel your breathing, and then as you exhale,
you tune in completely to the beauty of the outbreath,
the magic of release, of unwinding. As all the muscle

fibers around your shoulders, your chest, your neck, they unwind,
they loosen you release the breath, a deep sigh that
touches the core of your soul, and you find peace

within the outbreath. Feel it, embrace it, imagine it, intensifying
with every exhalation, your only thought, your soul. Focus this
beautiful sigh that flows through every fiber of your being,

through every thought, every memory. Relax, unwind and imagine yourself
float down deeply and safely. Relax. Breathe out all the

negativity and darkness, over and over, deeper and deeper, and
a new sense of harmony, acceptance, clarity of thought now
flows through the very monologue of your thoughts, giving you

peace and understanding and within your imagination. Now see these
words however you want to imagine them, maybe purely within
your thoughts, or you see yourself standing somewhere peaceful, safe

and calm, and these birds are written on the sand,
in the sky, or built in front of you ten
twenty foot tall. However you imagine is ideal just for you.
But with every outbreath, read them, speak them, feel them.
