rhythmic rise and fall of your breathing, and be so
truly mindfully aware of every small sensation. So focus now

on nothing but the rhythm, the rise, the pause, the fall.
Examine the sensations as you note them, but between the
inn and the out. Understand the difference between the in

breath and the out breath, And with every passing outbreath.
I wonder, in your beautiful mind if you could imagine pure,
blissful relaxation, maybe just a glimpse held for a moment

as you exhale outbreath after outbreath, focus on this and
then maybe imagine it intensifying, so that after a while,

the only feeling, the only conscious thought, is that of relaxation,
of physical and mindful relief. Ye, with every outbreath you

and leave the thoughts within your beautiful mind in balance,

you learn how to bring balance to the storms in

you whisper them in your thoughts. You wrap yourselves up
