close your eyes and with your mind your beautiful imagination,

rhythm of the rise and form of each and every breath.

Truly a moment to connect. So move your mind now
into the space within your lungs and explore as you inhale,
how your rib cage expands, how it rises. The shifting

sensations this gives the way the muscles work. The sensation
on the surface of your skin may be pressing or
brushing against the fabric of clothing you wear, or the
shifting pressure of your upper back against the chair or bed.

Every in breath, every outbreath, take note intimately of the differences,
and now allow yourself this gift of time to truly,

deeply unwine, to let go of those moments of indecision,
of panic or fear, the moments of doubt or regret.
Bundle them all up within your thoughts, and then as

to leave the monolog of your thoughts in a state

deeper and deeper, you continue to unwind, to find peace within,
to exhale the stress. As all the small muscle fibers

They lengthen, and as if taking the deepest of sighs
at the end of a blissful day, you breathe out
every moment of stress, of tension. So relaxed, now, deeply, safely,

as if your consciousness was being softly cradled and floating

mind's eye, you can see. Visualize these wonderful, powerful, positive
