Hullo there and welcome in. This is calming anxiety. Simply
ten minutes of daily guided meditation, your coffee break for
the soul, a moment in your day to truly reunite
mind and body and allow yourself to let go of

the negativity and stress of the day. So find your
quiet place now, somewhere relaxing and comfort where you can
choose to sit or lie, whichever you prefer, And then
close your eyes and with your mind your beautiful imagination,

expand your awareness and touch, explore, appreciate the almost hypnotic
rhythm of the rise and form of each and every breath.

(01:15):
Truly a moment to connect. So move your mind now
into the space within your lungs and explore as you inhale,
how your rib cage expands, how it rises. The shifting

sensations this gives the way the muscles work. The sensation
on the surface of your skin may be pressing or
brushing against the fabric of clothing you wear, or the
shifting pressure of your upper back against the chair or bed.

Every in breath, every outbreath, take note intimately of the differences,
and now allow yourself this gift of time to truly,

(02:25):
deeply unwine, to let go of those moments of indecision,
of panic or fear, the moments of doubt or regret.
Bundle them all up within your thoughts, and then as

you exhale, allow them to drift away on every outbreath,
to leave the monolog of your thoughts in a state
of mindful tranquility, a new sense of balance, of acceptance

of self worth. As you now feel yourself drifting ever deeper,
calm and relaxed in this wonderful state of mindful contemplation,

deeper and deeper, you continue to unwind, to find peace within,
to exhale the stress. As all the small muscle fibers
within and around your chest, your shoulders, they loosened and unwine,

They lengthen, and as if taking the deepest of sighs
at the end of a blissful day, you breathe out
every moment of stress, of tension. So relaxed, now, deeply, safely,

as if your consciousness was being softly cradled and floating
further and further down, deeper and deeper and deeper. Still

relax unwine, so that within the beauty of your your
mind's eye, you can see. Visualize these wonderful, powerful, positive
words of change, repeating them softly within your thoughts on

every opera, holding onto them, feeling them so relax, release, repeat,
and unwind. My spirit is light and free. My spirit

this wonderful, safe, trance like state, growing daily and focus,
clarity of thought, acceptance of all that you are, So

My spirit is light and free. Further and further down,
reconnecting mind, body, and soul, feeling that strength of courage

within the beauty of your consciousness, feeling refreshed, understanding, focus

of breath and start to reoritate your mind, your thoughts,
and focus to the challenges, the joy, and the beauty
of the world outside. Now take another deep breath and
this time completely fill your lungs to the very top
and then stretching out the muscles in your arms and legs,
and open your eyes and smile. Always end your sessions
