out of mindful balance of relaxation. I'm your host Martin. Please,

Now it's time to find that quiet place for yourself
to lie down or sit headphones as well, close your
eyes and expand your awareness to connect, to explore the

beauty of every breath, truly feel your breathing, to day
now with your thoughts, to let your mind move from
one part to another, taking note of how the sensations

change as you inhale, as your chest expands, as your
lungs fill with life, with vibrancy, with positivity and hope.
To be mindful always of the moment between the inn

and the outbreath, and then as you breathe out, to
let go of tension, of regret, of the negativity that
runs through your thoughts, allow all the darkness for pain,

the angst and plea, melt away, breathing in empowerment, self worth, positivity,
exhaling doubt, panic, moments of indecision, and simply allow yourself

this moment right now, to find balance, to love all
that you are. Every outbreath a moment to let go

panic of fear, and breathing power, ambition, love, courage, and

within the beauty now of your mind's eye. As you
breathe out, shallize these wonderful words of positivity, repeating them
softly yet with firm intent in your thoughts, taking note
of the shape the color as you breathe out.
