Welcome in to the Calming Anxiety Podcast. Ten minutes of
daily guided meditation to soothe your soul, bring balance to
the monolog in your mind. Just before we start, don't

find your quiet place to day where you won't be disturbed.
You can sit or lie down, the choice is yours,
and then close your eyes and with your imagination connect.

Explore with the feelings in and around your chest to
be mindful of your breathing intimately, so with every inn
and doubt. Explore, feel and understand the sensations as they

rise and form, as they move, the changing pressure of
your upper back against the chair or bed, the shifting
of fabric of your clothing as your rib cag rises
and expands. Or imagine the space within your lungs filling

natural feeling of unwinding, of pure blissful release, like the

of the angst that holds you back from true happiness,
from empowering all of your ambitions and dreams. So breathe

the muscle fibers to loosen to one. Why. I wonder
if you could imagine an even deeper sake of relaxation,

how that would feel. Explore those thoughts, that sensation, so
that within the beauty, the sanctuary of your wonderful mind,
in your mind's eye. Now you can repeat these beautiful, positive,

powerful words of permanent change as you breathe out. So relax, visualize,
