Welcome to Day five. Anchoring your confident self. It's about
shifting focus and setting the stage for strength. So after
four days of tending to the panic, the tension, the sleep,
and the worry, we now focus on the foundation that

we've built your inherent strength. Today, it's all about cultivating confidence,
not as a feeling, but as a deep state of
trust within yourself. We're going to use powerful tools to

connect with your higher self, the wiser, more resilient part
of you. So settle in, sit or lie all and
let's begin this journey of personal growth. Phase one. Affirming

your worth the language of confidence. Take a deep, centering breath,
let the exhale release any residual doubt or self criticism.
We are going to use affirmations for self confidence and

anxiety relief, planting seeds of self trust in your mind.
Repeat them silently or whisper them if you like feeling
the truth behind these words. Maybe as you speak them,

you imagine as if reading them in front of you.
Maybe they're built out a brick, stone or wood ten
twenty foot tall, or you just see them in your
mind's eye, taking note of the color, the shape, the size.

So with every outbreath, repeat them. I am safe in
this moment, and I am.

Bring to mind a difficult situation that you are currently facing,

or one you often worry about. Instead of trying to
fix it or push it away, we will simply be
with it. Your fear as a cloud in the distance. Now,

invite the feeling of courage to rise up in your body,
perhaps as warmth in your chest or a sense of
solidity in your core. With this inner strength, repeat this
simple phrase, I can handle this. You don't need all

the answers, only the ability to face the present moment
with your full attention and grounded courage. I can handle this.
This acceptance is the highest form of resilience building. And

then phase three, the higher self connection. Finally, we move
into a higher self meditation script. Imagine your most confident, wisest,
and most compassionate self. This version of you is already home,

fearless and secure. Imagine this higher self standing before you,
as if in a mirror you see yourself at your best.
Notice the calm posture, the bright light in their eyes

and that quiet certainty that they embody. Now step forward
and fully merge with this image of that perfect you.
Feel their confidence flowing into every cell of your body,

feel their confidence flowing through every thought, every memory. But
know that this is not a persona that you put on,
but the truest version of who you already are. Accessing
this state is the simplest and most profound way to

practice positive psychology. You can be your thoughts, your words,
and actions. You can change with daily practice, With mindful
care and self love, you can achieve. So carry this

deep calm confidence with you. You have affirmed your worth,
faced your fears with courage, and anchored yourself in your
higher self. The tools for managing anxiety are now seamlessly

integrated within the tools for living fully. You are resilient, capable,
and profoundly worthy. Whenever you need this strength, simply breathe
and remember you are confident, you are safe.
