Imagine at the end of a long day as you

climb into bed and you take that big yawn and sigh,

of the day, and you then allow yourself to truly
deeply unwind, as if your consciousness, gently cradled, was floating

Allow the physical tension to melt away, as if being

bathed by warm summer sunshine, massaging the stress and strain
in each muscle fiber. Exhale and relax. Feel your breathing,

chest to another, to appreciate that sensation of release, of
truly unwinding, and allow yourself light never before, to find

balance and harmony within your imagination. Rest. Now, allow the darkness,
the tension, the moments of panic to just drift away,

as if evaporating from the very surface of your skin,
so that in your mind's eye, now brightly, powerfully, you
see these new words. On every outbreath, you read them

in your thoughts, speaking them softly within your own mind.
