of daily guided meditation and affirmation to soothe the soul.

comfy to sit or lie down where you won't be disturbed,
and close your eyes and focus now completely to the
exclusion of all other thoughts, on the simple rise and

But even if you find yourself distracted those random thoughts, daydreams,
or simply sounds that drift in from the outside world,

acknowledge them without stress, And then, in your own time,
when you're ready, bring all of your mind back to
the almost hypnotic rhythm of the rise, pause, and form

of each and every breath to truly intimately explore, connect
with the shifting sensations in and around your chest, your
rib cage, your shoulders, your upper back. As you take

a deep in breath, hold it for a moment, and
then you release, You unwind, and you allow yourself now
to drift deeply, safely into a wonderful state of mindful
