time to explore them all, from the lowest part of
your ribs to your shoulders, from your spine to the

appreciating the shifting rise and form the ever changing sensations.

and deeper, still breathing in passion, excitement, hope, exhaling the

from the surface of your skin, and almost as if
being bathed in warm summer sunshine. It eases away the tension,
the stress. It unties the knots in your muscles, and
you relax, and you unwind, and you just float, so

that in the beauty of your mind's eye as you exhale,
now you see these wonderful words of positive change. You
whisper them softly in your soughts, you feel them and
embrace them. So relax, unwind, imagine and repeat. I embrace
