Feel your breathing the inbreath like never before. Be aware
of all the feelings as you inhale and your chest rises.
Take note of that momentary pause between the inn and

the outbreath. And then as you breathe out, you allow
yourself a moment to let go of tension and stress,
of negativity or fear, and imagine yourself totally at peace,

as if a wave of warm, calming energy descended over
your entire being, covered your soul and wrapped you up
in blissful protection. Breathe out and let go, just drift,

relax and unwind. Feel the in breath through every phase
of innihalation. Hold the moment at the top for a
brief moment, and then as you relax softly yet firmly

in your thoughts, simply repeat, relax, Visualize the word in
your thoughts as you breathe out, feel that sense of

see each letter in your beautiful mind. I wonder what
color you choose, the shape of each letter, the size
the font. But outbreath after outbreath, moment after moment, humor,

re enforce the sense of unwinding, of balance of harmony
with every outbreath, with every repetition, so that in times
of need you can bring comfort understanding simply by bringing

your thoughts back here. Relax, deeper and deeper and deeper still, unwind, drift,
let go of negativity, of panic, fear, and self doubt.

Relax and unwind, so that as peace as understanding now
flows through the very monologue of your consciousness, you can repeat, feel,
understand these new powerful words of positive change, breathing out,

releasing doubt. So relax, release, imagine, and repeat. I give

are worthy. Relax. Now embrace this moment, this challenge of life.

Now take a deep, deep intake of breath. Now start
to reorientate your mind, to set your focus on the
challenge and the infinite wonder of the world around you.
Inhale again and this time fill your lungs to the
very top. And now let's stretch out the muscles in
your arms and legs and open your eyes and smile.
