with eye down where you won't be disturbed and just close your eyes and with your beautiful,

powerful imagination, expand your awareness to feel, to explore, to truly intimately connect
the almost hypnotic rhythm at the rise, the pause and fall of every breath. A moment to

appreciate the rhythm of your breathing, the power that it holds when you make a mindful
connection, so become aware of the shifting sensations within and around your chest as

you inhale as your chest rises, as your rib cage expands, the feelings and the surface
of your skin brushing against the fabric of clothing, the shifting pressure of your upper

back against the chair or the bed and which you rest, or maybe to take note of the feeling
of air passing through your nose down through your windpipe, so then fills the space deep

within your lungs with life, energy, with hope, with ambition, explore at all, moving your
thoughts from one area to another, but with every exhalation, open your mind now to the beauty

and the natural ease of release of pure relaxation, imagining all the small muscle fibers
in and around your chest, your shoulders as they unwind, as they loosen and lengthen,

a deep caring sigh that flows through the very depths of your song, releasing you of
anxiety, of stress, of panic or fear, every outpreath now, make this your soul focus, breathing

in hope and love and then release and imagine yourself drifting deeply and safely into
a natural trance like state, outpress after outpress, drifting deeper and deeper and deeper,

just you, this singular moment in your lifeline, a gift of time to heal, to reset and to love

your heart with every word I say, as if floating further down into mindful tranquility, so
