those random day dreams or simply a sound from the outside world. Ignore these moments
with a smile, they are natural but once noted, bring all of your focus back to the beauty,
the rhythm of each and every breath and allow yourself now this gift of time today to

find balance and harmony within the monologue of your thoughts. So feel every breath with
your beautiful mind, to be aware of how your rib cage rises, expanding outwards, the

feelings on the surface of your skin may be brushing against the fabric of clothing
or the simple change of pressure of your upper back, your shoulder blades against the
chair or bed and which you rest. Move your focus from one area to another,

just letting your mind wander aimlessly from one area to another but always being mindful
of those shifting sensations as your chest moves, as you inhale as you breathe in every breath

of balance and harmony, of clarity of thought as a new way of thinking, feeling and reacting
