won't be disturbed. Time now to close your eye and with your thoughts, your imagination,

expand your awareness to connect, to explore the shifting sensation around your chest of
every breath. This moment in your day, a gift of time to heal, to reset, to truly reconnect,

mind, body and song in blissful harmony. So feel each breath, each fleeting moment
with your mind, taking note of how they change with the rise, the pause and fall of

every breath and allow yourself to let go of stress, of anxiety, of the moments of panic
that turn that knot in the small of your stomach, allow all the darkness and fear to evaporate

from the surface of your skin and feel yourself now as if drifting deeply into a natural,
