Now find your quiet place, that relaxing spot where you can sit or lie down where you
won't be disturbed. Time now to close your eye and with your thoughts, your imagination,

expand your awareness to connect, to explore the shifting sensation around your chest of
every breath. This moment in your day, a gift of time to heal, to reset, to truly reconnect,

mind, body and song in blissful harmony. So feel each breath, each fleeting moment
with your mind, taking note of how they change with the rise, the pause and fall of

every breath and allow yourself to let go of stress, of anxiety, of the moments of panic
that turn that knot in the small of your stomach, allow all the darkness and fear to evaporate

from the surface of your skin and feel yourself now as if drifting deeply into a natural,
dance like state, deeper and deeper and deeper still. Just you, this moment in your day,

feel every part, moving your thoughts from one area of your chest to another, from your
lowest ribs, the middle of your spine, to around your shoulders, whatever you feel and
choose is ideal just for you. We are all unique but relax. Breathe out all of that tension,

just imagine every muscle fiber unwinding, a warmth of comfort and relaxation flows through
every fiber and you allow yourself still to float down further and further and further.

Just you, the beauty of your consciousness, safe and secure now and as you let the stress,
the tension, the negative thoughts just drift away within the beauty of your mind, visualize

these words, taking note of the shape of them, the color, the vibrancy in your own imagination,
reading them softly in your thoughts with every out breath and then once spoken, once visual
line, they wonder if you could imagine the thought of these words, writing itself into the

very fabric of your soul, surrelats, unwind, visualise and repeat, I release self-doubt and
fear with every breath, I release self-doubt and fear with every breath, I release self-doubt

with every repetition, you continue to unwind, to find peace, to be at one with all that
you are, relax, allow the tension, the negative thoughts to melt away, further and further

more at peace, more in balance, starting to sense, a new clarity in the way you think and react,

of breath and it's that time now to reorientate your mind, your focus to the challenge, the joy

and the infinite beauty of the world outside, take another deep breath,
bending your lungs right to the very top this time, now stretch out those muscles in your arms and
legs and open your eyes and smile, and thank you for taking care of who you are, have a lovely day,

make the most if you can, appreciate some days, we don't have it in us and these aren't setbacks
they're part of day to day life, so don't give up, maybe plan another few minutes of being positive
later on, take care, smile often and above all, be kind
