quiet place to day, somewhere comfy where you won't be disturbed,
somewhere to sit or lie down. Then close your eyes
and focus on the sound of my voice to the

exclusion of all other thoughts. But even if you become distracted,
which is natural by those random day dreams or sounds
simply drifting in from the outside world, acknowledge them. But
when you're ready, bring your focus back to my voice.

And then reach out and connect with the almost hypnotic
rhythm and the rise and form of each and every breath,
and truly intimately become aware of every passing sensation as

you breathe in and as you breathe out, and connect
with the rhythm of life. Feel your breathing now with
your beautiful mind to appreciate the subtle new in every sensation.

As you inhale, as your rib cage rises, expanding as
it draws deep within every moment of life, every positive thought,
every ambition, fill your lungs with excitement, with hope. Then

be mindful of the pause between the inn and the outbreath,
followed by the outbreath, where you become aware now of
that natural feeling of release as the muscle fibers around

your chest, your shoulders, they loosen, they lengthen and unwind,
and you discard the stress of the day, physical and mindful,
as if taking the deepest of size at the end
of a long day. Feel that warmth, that release drifting

through your thoughts, floating through your body, and allow yourself
to truly let go, as if floating down now, deeply
and safely into a wonderful state of calm, mindful contemplation.

and self worth within the sanctuary of your consciousness. Relax
deeper and deeper and deeper still, with every exhalation, with

every word I say, and with every beat of your
beautiful heart, truly deeply allow yourself to find peace and
harmony within your own thoughts, within the beauty of your mind.

And as you find this sense of balance and clarity
and the beauty the power of your mind's eye. Imagine
these wonderful words of change. Maybe see them in your thoughts,
bright powerful, Or imagine them as if built out a

front of you, And with every outbreath you see them,
you feel them, and you read them within your thoughts.
