mind, body and soul.

But now find your quiet place to sit, to lie down where you won't be disturbed for
a while and simply close your eye and then with your imagination focus on the sound of my

voice and then expand your awareness to connect, to explore, to appreciate the rhythmic
rise and fall of every breath.
A moment to truly connect, intimately and understand every subtle sensation within and around

your chest of every breath and the power that can from this gives you to be mindful as
you breathe in, how your ribcage rises, the way it expands, the feeling of every breath

filling your lungs with life, with passion, with ambition and maybe also being aware, the
feeling of your clothing pressing against the skin of your chest between the rives and

fall of every breath.
The subtle change in pressure around your upper back, your shoulders as they rest against
the chair or bed in which you lie.
Let your thoughts meander aimlessly around your chest, your shoulders, taking note of how

these feelings change, the ebb and flow of every breath.
Let's now deeply and safely further and further down, deeper and deeper and deeper still so that

with every out breath you become aware of the beauty of relaxation, of true release.
As you let go of the tension of the day, the moments of panic, of doubt or fear, the negative

thoughts that hold you back from your true potential, from happiness, understanding and enjoyment,
allow all the moment of doubt, of darkness to just drift away with every out breath and

relax and unwind as if your beautiful mind was floating further and further down to a state
of harmony, a natural, trance like state, balance, centered, a new sense of clarity to

your thoughts flow through every part of your consciousness so that has you one wine,
as you allow yourself to truly heal in your mind's eye now.
You can repeat, visualize, feel these wonderful words of positive change so without moving

your jaw, your lips and your tongue, imagine and repeat.

Deeper and deeper, you feel yourself unwinding, your thoughts drifting, balanced, being restored,

Take another deep breath now filling your lungs completely to the very top and now stretching
out those muscles in your arms and legs and open your eye and smile and well done.
