you wish, And then close your eyes and with your wonderful,
powerful imagination, expand your awareness now to feel, to explore,

to appreciate the changing feeling within and around your chair,
of every breath, of every moment. To tune in and
be mindful now of how your rib cage expands outwards,

rising to draw deep within your lungs every moment of life,
of energy, of hope and ambition. To be aware of
the feelings around your upper back as it presses against

the chair or bed in which you reside, or maybe
the sensation and the skin of your chest pressing against
the fabric of clothing. But then as you exhale, to
now become aware intimately of the beauty, the natural splendor

of relief, of mindful and physical relaxation. Imagining all the
small muscle fibers around your chest, your shoulders. As they unwine,
they lengthen, and you exhale that beautiful feeling, that deep

sigh that flows to the core of your soul every outbreath,
allowing yourself to connect with this sensation on a deeper
level like never before. Relax now deeply, safely in this natural,

trance like state, just you, the rise and form of
every breath, the sound of my voice and the beat
of your heart, this moment in your day, your lifeline

to let go of negativity and down to truly deeply
connect mind and body in unison, in harmony. Relax now
deeper and deeper and deeper, still, truly feel that sensation

of letting go as you breathe out. Maybe imagine it intensifying,
rising and falling in unison with their every breath, becoming
your soul focused. And then to imagine it cascading outwards

from your chest, through your shoulders, your arms, down through
your stomach, your hips and legs, covering all that you are,
bathing you in an aura of relaxation, further and further
down now every moment, every breath, so that as you

find balance a new sense of clarity within the monologue
of your mind. You can imagine these wonderful, powerful words
of positivity on every outbreath, repeating them, feeling them yet
not moving your jaw, your lips, and your tongue, seeing

them right in your imagination. So relaxed, un whine, Visualize
and repeat, I am now steady and balanced in any storm.
