to day where you won't be disturbed, somewhere comfy to
sit or lie down, close your eyes and with your imagination,

hypnotic rhythm for the rise and fall of every breath.

To truly appreciate this simple moment. To be mindful as
you inhale of how your rib cage rises expands, how
it draws deep within the space of your lungs, every

moment of life, of peace, of hope, of health, of happiness.
Imagine all of your dreams, your needs, filling up your
lungs with energy. To be aware of the pause between

the inn and the outbreath. And as you exhale, to
imagine all the small muscle fibers around your chest, your
shoulders as they loosen and unwind. You exhale the old

negative thoughts, those moments of stress, of panic, of doubt,
you feel the tension simply melt away, almost as if
eraporating from the very surface of your skin. Outbreath after outbreath,

allow yourself to unwind, to find your moment of calm
within the sanctuary of your consciousness. Deeper and deeper and
deeper still, every outbreath, the most beautiful of size that

flows through the very core of your soul. Relax now
further and further into a natural, trance like state, moving

your focus from one area to another, appreciating the subtle
shift and sensation between every movement. Truly deeply imagine yourself nurtured,

cared for, loved, Relax and unwined. Every exhalation the most
beautiful of size, bringing a state of balance and clarity

to every thought, to every memory, so that within the
peace and balance of your thoughts. Now, as you exhale,
you visualize these words, these bright, powerful words of positive change.

With every outbreath, you not only see them, you repeat
them softly yet firmly in your mind's eye. So relax, unwind, imagine,

to the top and then stretching out those muscles in
your arms and legs, and then open your eyes and smile.
