reunite mind, body and soul. With over two thousand shows

find your perfect moment of calm. But now find your

quiet place to relax, somewhere comfy to sit or lie down,
and then close your eyes and touch your breathing with
your beautiful mind to be arware of the sensations that

change with the rhythmic rise and form of every breath,
and a moment of time to connect and relax. Your
only thought are the feelings around your rib cage. Your

shoulders may be as well, being aware of the passage
of air through your nose. But even if your mind wanders,
which is natural, always bring your focus back when you're
ready to the simple beauty of the inn and the out,

the rise and form, so that with every outbreath open
your awareness to that simple joy of release and relaxation.
Imagine at the end of a long day as you

climb into bed and you take that big yawn and sigh,
that feeling, that deep, deep sigh that touches every fiber
of your being, releasing the pent up's frustrations and stress

of the day, and you then allow yourself to truly
deeply unwind, as if your consciousness, gently cradled, was floating
safely further and further down into the most wonderful natural

trance like state. Exhale and unwind deeper and deeper and deeper.
Allow the physical tension to melt away, as if being

bathed by warm summer sunshine, massaging the stress and strain
in each muscle fiber. Exhale and relax. Feel your breathing,

moving your thoughts, your focus from one part of your
chest to another, to appreciate that sensation of release, of
truly unwinding, and allow yourself light never before, to find

balance and harmony within your imagination. Rest. Now allow the darkness,
the tension, the moments of panic to just drift away,

as if evaporating from the very surface of your skin,
so that in your mind's eye, now brightly, powerfully, you
see these new words. On every outbreath, you read them

in your thoughts, speaking them softly within your own mind,
Sir a lad, truly deeply unwind, Then visualize and repeat,
I radiate confidence and inner calm. I radiate confidence and

and unwind, You release and relax. You feel those words
