comfy to sit or lie down. Close your eyes now
and with your beautiful mind connect, Explore and appreciate the

almost hypnotic rhythm, the rise and fall of every breath,
the ever shifting wave of sensations as your rib cage expands,
the change and sensation between the inn and the out breath.

Explore it all, moving your focus from one area to
another randomly, low set path, no time constraint. Just feel
your breathing now, with every moment, with every in breath

and every outbreath, to truly be aware, To be mindful
of the way as you inhale, as the space deep
within your lungs fills with power, positivity, with dreams yet

to be released, with hope, with expectation, with clarity and fortitude,
fill your mind and lungs with life, and then with

every outbreath, truly now connect with become aware, of the
beauty of release, as if taking a well earned sigh
at the end of a long day. You breathe out,

You exhale the negativity and stress. You release the tension
and the muscles, unwind and loosen your shoulders, drop your
chest lowers, and you find peace and relaxation within. Relax

now deeply and safely. Further and further down, maybe simply
imagine yourself somewhere calming, quiet and safe, maybe a beach

or clearing in woodland. Whatever you choose is perfect right now,
just for you, and see yourself there surrounded by an
aura of peace and tranquility. However, whether you imagine is ideal.

I wonder what color that aura would be. But with
every outbress still you unwind and find peace and balance.
And imagine that aura intensifying, sweeping over every fiber of

your being. Relaxed, unwind and within the beauty of this moment.
Imagine surrounding you these powerful words of positivity with every outbreath,

within your thoughts. You read them, you see them, you
feel them. So relax, unworld, imagine and repeat. I release
