for the soul. If you're new, it's simple, find your
quiet place somewhere company to sit or lie down, and

eyes and with your imagination connect and explore with the
rhythm of your breathing. To focus now intimately, like never before,

in completely to the exclusion of any other thoughts, solely

aware of how your chest moves, the way your rib
cage rises and expands, the feeling of air passing through
your nose, or maybe simply imagine the space within your lungs,

filling with all of your hopes and dreams, your ambitions,
with health, with positivity. Whatever you imagine is perfect just
for you. Always taking note of the pause between the

inn and the outpress, so that as you exhale, you
truly unwind. Imagine every fiber of your being releasing the
tension of the day as you exhale and you sink

down deeply, safely into the chair or bed on which
you rest. Relax deeper and deeper with every outbress, with

of calm, as in the turmoil of the world outside,

within the safety and security of your imagination. I wonder
if you could picture yourself somewhere relaxing and beautiful, may
be your favorite holiday, or somewhere nearby where you feel

completely at peace, and visualizing yourself there now, beautiful warm
summer sunshine taking away the aches and strain. A gentle
breeze at just the right temperature brushes the skin of

your face, and you allow yourself a deeper sense of
balance and harmony. In this moment of your day, relax, unwine,
outbreath after outbreath, you find real peace, clarity to the

way you think, feel, and react. And in this moment,
imagine in front of you these wonderful, powerful words. They're
built ten twenty foot tall, made out of wood, brick,
or stone, whatever you wish, And with every future outbreath,

they radiate brilliant light, and you read them and you
feel them. So relax unwind, imagine, and repeat. Hope shapes
