sit or lie down, somewhere relaxing where you won't be

and simply close your eye and with your imagination. Now
it's that time to connect. It's a beautiful, almost hypnotic
rhythm of the rise and form of every breath, a

moment to connect with all that you are, mind, body, soul,
in balance, in perfect harmony. So feel your breathing now,
connecting intimately, appreciating, exploring the shifting sensations as you inhale

as your chest your ribcade expand outwards, rising to fill
the space deep within your lungs with every moment of hope,
of love, of positivity. To be aware of how these

sensations change with every moment, To imagine life filling your
lungs up and then on the outbreath to let go,
to allow the moments of doubt, of panic, of fear

or sadness, allow them all just to melt away, fading
from thought, from memory, and let your mind now become aware,
blissfully of that sense of release as the small fibers

around your chest, your shoulders, they let go and unwind,
they loosen and lay your chest lowers, you exhale doubt
and negativity, and truly appreciate that sense of blissful relaxation

flowing through your chest, your shoulders, your neck, descending through
you to the core of your soul, to allow you
to one whine, just be drifting in this moment, within

the security the safety of your imagination, letting go of
troubles of regret. Relax now deeper and deeper and deeper still,

imagine yourself surrounded by an aura of comfort, of protection.
Exhale all the negativity of the day, all of the stress,
the worries, the moments that hold you back, and so

as you find a state of understanding of balance and
harmony within your thoughts, within your own imagination. Now visualize
these wonderful words, speaking them softly within your thoughts, without

moving your jaw, your lips, or your tongue, but seeing
them as bold and bright as you could possibly imagine.
Maybe imagine being on a beach, or up in the mountains,
or in the great open expanse, where the horizon drifts

on forever, and you can see yourself speaking these words
and seeing them wherever you look. So on every outbreath,
imagine and repeat, I am a source of calm and

comfort to myself. I am a source of calm and
comfort to myself. I am a source of calm and

comfort to myself. And relax even deeper now, I wonder

you could imagine being completely, deeply, eternally in tune with
all that you are. How that would feel? But once more, exhale,
visualize and repeat, I am a source of calm and

comfort to myself. Deeper and deeper you allow yourself to drift,

Now take it deep, deep, and take a breath and
time now to reorientate your mind, your focus and thoughts

to the challenges, the joy, and the infinite beauty of
the world outside. Take another deep breath now, this time
filling your lungs completely to the very very top. And
now stretch out those muscles in your arms and legs
and open your eyes and smile. Hey, thank you for

taking care of you, though we may never meet or
know each other, truly, thank you for looking after your soul,
for taking back control. Now, have as good it as
you can. Don't give up. There will be setbacks. Life

isn't fair, life isn't perfect. But make the most when

in bed, the normal. We all get them, but bounce
