find your quiet place to day, somewhere relaxing where you
won't be disturbed, where you can sit or lie down
and just close your eyes so that with your beautiful

mind you can expand your awareness to connect with and
then to explore and appreciate the rhythmic beauty of the
rise and form of each and every breath, as if

placing your awareness deep withinside the space of your lungs,
to take note as you inhale of how your rib cage,
your chest expands outwards, rising, drawing deep within every life

giving breath, filling your lungs with hope, with passion, with acceptance,
to be aware of the pores between the inn and
the outbreath, and then as you exhale, to feel to

appreciate that sense of release, of letting go not only
of the physical tensions of the day, but the mindful
moments of stress, of anxiety or panic, and now allow

yourself to feel a deeper sense of balance, of calm
that now flows through the monologue of your beautiful mind,
deep within the sanctuary of your consciousness. So feel every breath,

letting your mind your focus meander at will from one
part of your chest to another, from the front to
the back, from the bottom to the top, from the
left to the right, understanding the subtle difference between the

drift deeply now into a natural trance like state, a
state of acceptance, of understanding, of clarity to the way

you think, feel, and react. Relax now deeper and deeper
and deeper still. Every time you breathe out, imagine all
of your muscle fibers just loosening, unwinding, your shoulders drifting down,

the stress and tension just melting way, as if a
warm weight of calm was enveloping your entire being. Allow
yourself this moment in your day to truly find your

moment of peace of acceptance, so that within your mind's eye,
within the beauty of your own thoughts, as you exhale
now you can imagine these powerful words of positive change,

repeating them within your thoughts, softly yet firmly, seeing them
bright and bold in your imagination. So relax, exhale eyes,
and repeat, I am at ease with myself and the

world around me. I am at ease with myself and

myself and the world around me. And continue in drifting,

in unwinding. Maybe visualize yourself in the days, weeks, months
to come, achieving those small goals, becoming the best version

further down into a wonderful state of reunification between mind,

your mind to set your focus on the joy, the beauty,
and the infinite possibilities of the world outside. Now take
another deep breath and fill your lungs completely one hundred
percent to the top. And now take a stretch of

your arms and legs, big stretch, and then open your
eyes and smile and well done. Just for taking time
