of gentle, daily guided meditation, a moment out to soothe
the soul. I'm your host, Martin. Do find that quiet

haven't already. Now find your quiet place today, somewhere relaxing,
to sit or lie down and simply close your eyes

and with your beautiful mind, expand your awareness now to feel,
to connect, to explore and appreciate the rhythmic rye is
in form of each and every breath. To become aware

of the beauty, the natural rhythm of your breathing, the
sensations that this evokes, to truly intimately understand the power
of connecting with your breathing, the comfort, the harmony that

this will give you. To be mindful of the way
your chest rises as you breathe, in the changing, shifting
sensations it elicits, and your appreciation of every moment you're

breathing now on a deep intimate level like never before,
every moment, every aspect, connect with it all. Truly a
gift of time to heal, to reset, to appreciate all

that you are and love who you are. Your strengths,
your weaknesses, the highs and lows of your life, and
a moment in time. Relax now, with every outbreath, just

allow all attention of the day to melt away to
one one, to find true, deep, inner peace. And as

beauty of relaxation, of release, of unwinding, of finding balance,

floating down further and further with every word I say,

these words in your thoughts as you exhale, imagining them
whatever color, whatever size and shape, but seeing them, feeling

them with your thoughts on every exhalation. So, relaxed, unwind,
