Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to calming anxiety. Simply ten minutes of daily guided meditation,
a beautiful, powerful affirmation to reunite mind, body and soul
and lift up your spirits and song. I'm your host, Martin. Please,
(00:22):
if you've listened before and found benefit, do subscribe and
tell your friends about it. Now find your quiet place today,
somewhere comfy to sit or lie down, and just close
your eyes and focus on the sound of my voice
(00:50):
and then expand your thoughts, your awareness to connect. To
explore the shifting sensations within and around your chest on
every breath, a moment in your day to find balance, harmony,
(01:21):
to allow yourself peace and solitude deep within. So explore
the shifting changes of your breathing, your rib cage, your shoulders,
just moving your attention from one area to another, as
(01:48):
if never before. Feel your breathing. Now allow yourself this
moment to appreciate each and every breath and the power
the peace this gives. Be mindful of how your chest rises,
(02:18):
maybe your stomach as well, the where your shoulders feel
as you inhale and then as you breathe out as
you let go of that breath, also let go of
(02:42):
tension like the deepest of sighs at the end of
a long day. Breathe out all the moments of doubt,
of stress, let go of the physical tension that's built up,
(03:05):
and just relax now, deeply, safely, as if the muttle
fibers in your shoulders and your chest they were gently
soothed as they unwine, as if drifting into a warm bath,
(03:30):
or the beauty of a warm summer's day bathing down
on your skin, taking away the tension, taking away the
moments of doubt, of panic, of worry. Allow yourself to heal,
(03:55):
to reset out yourself, to drift deeply, calmly into a natural,
beautiful state of trance, deeper and deeper and deeper, still
(04:21):
loving all that you are, so that as you're breathing
finds its own natural healing rhythm, as the monologue in
your mind finds balance. Deep within your mind's eye, you
(04:43):
can visualize these wonderful words of positivity. You can repeat.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
Them, feeling them changing the way you think and feel
and react. So relaxed, unwind even deeper, and then visualize
and repeat I am filled with a sense of inner peace.
(05:26):
I am filled with a sense of inner peace. I
am filled with a sense of inner peace. I am filled
(05:58):
with a sense of inner peace.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
And still deeper and deeper, you continue to drift, to unwind,
to reunite all that you are, relax truly, allow yourself
(06:29):
to let go, to open your heart and mind to
all that you are. And then once more, as you exhale,
imagine and repute. I am filled with a sense of
(06:53):
inner peace. I am filled with a sense of inner peace.
(07:15):
I am filmed with a sense of inner peace. I
am filled with a sense of inner peace. Deeper and
(07:45):
deeper and deeper. Still cradle within your soul, safe, secure,
growing daily in self worth and strength and focus, relaxed,
(08:09):
imagine and repeat. I am filled with a sense of
inner peace. I am filled with a sense of inner peace.
(08:41):
I am filled with a sense of inner peace. I
am filled with a sense of inner peace. And then
(09:13):
simply just be Feel your breathing again with your beautiful mind, connect, appreciate,
explore the shifting ebb and flow of every sensation. Relax deeply, safely,
(09:39):
deeper and deeper, because simply put, you are worthy. Now
take it deep and take a breath and time to
refocus your mind. Reorientate your thought to the challenges and
(10:01):
the joy, the opportunities and wonder of the world outside.
Take another deep breath, this time really filling your lungs
right up and then stretching out those muscles in your
arms and legs, and open your eyes and smile. Thank
you so much for following along, for sharing this. It
(10:27):
means the world to me. I have gone from chaos
to calm. Everyone that used to know the old me
are in awe of how I took back control and
became me, and now how I spread what I believe in.
If anyone can, then you can too. Don't give up.
(10:54):
Understand there will be those dips, there will be days
when you don't want to get out of bed when
things go wrong, but now you'll bounce back quicker, stronger,
more focused. Never give up. Life is too precious. Take
(11:14):
care of my friend. Let's reconnect tomorrow, and then to yourself,
be kind,
