and just close your eyes and with your thoughts, your imagination.

It's time to experience, to explore, to connect with the
beautiful rhythm of the eyes, pause, and form of every
breath a moment in your day. To appreciate the beauty

the wonder of intimately connecting and appreciating the simple act
of each and every breath. To truly feel each passing moment.

To take note of the subtle shift in changing sensations
as you inhale as your chest your rib cage expands
rising upwards, the feelings on the surface of your skin

against the fabric of clothing, the sensations in and around
your shoulders, the changing pressure of your upper back against
the bed or chair on which you rest. Let your

mind meander at will or aimlessly, taking note in these
differences between each inn and out press and allow yourself,

and let go of the negative moments, those moments of doubt,

consciousness was floating further and further down, safe and secure,

and solitude deep within, you can visualize these powerful positive
words of permanent change, repeating them softly within your own

in acceptance. Feel your breathing once more in this intimate state,

Feel the power of mindful exhalation, so that in the future,
when faced with panic, with stress, with doubt or fear,
connecting with the outbreath will calm your soul. Now take

it deep, intake of breath, and time now to reorientate
your mind, to refocus on the challenge, the joy, and
the infinite beauty of the world outside. Take another deep breath, now,
full your lungs right to the very very top. And
now let's stretch out those muscles in your arms and
legs and open your eyes and smile. Always smile. Practice
