Hullo there and welcome. You're listening to calming anxiety. It's
just daily guided meditation, a moment to reunite mind, body
and soul. So find your quiet place to day, somewhere

comfy to sit or lie down where you won't be disturbed.
Headphones as well if you wish, and close your eyes
now and with your beautiful mind, expand your awareness to explore,

to appreciate the rhythmic rise and fall of every breath
a moment of time in your day. To truly intimately
connect with the subtle shifting sensations of your breathing. To

be aware of every part of every breath, from your
diaphragm to your sternum to your shoulders and upper back.
Allow your focus, your attention to move freely from one

area to another, but always taking note understanding the difference
in feeling between the in breath and the outbreath. Maybe
sometimes just focusing on one area for a few breaths

before moving randomly to some other place, but with every outbreath.
Open your mind now to the joy, the simplistic beauty
of relaxation, of release, of allowing yourself to unwind and

to let go of the negative thoughts and emotions that
hold you back. So focus now completely on every moment
of every breath and feeling yourself. Imagine yourself drifting deeply,

safely into a wonderful, natural, trance like state, just this
singular moment in your lifeline, right now, to find balance
and harmony within the sanctuary of your consciousness. Deeper and

deeper you drift and unwind with every outbreath, the most
beautiful and deepest of size, touching the very core of
your soul. Relax and unwind deeply and safely. Exhale and

drift now deeper and deeper, loving all that you are,
embracing your strength, understanding and accepting your weaknesses. Exhale all
of your worries, truly allow yourself to heal, to move forward,

and leave behind the regrets and mistakes of your past,
so that within your focus now in your mind's eye,
with every outbreath, you can repeat these wonderful, caring words
of positivity, feeling them on your tongue as you say them,

seeing them in your thoughts bright powerful. So relax, unwind,
imagine and repeat, I am strong, capable and at peace within.

I am strong, capable and at peace within. I am strong,

with every repetition, seeing these words, feeling them, holding onto them,
and once spoken and visualized, I just wonder if you

am strong, capable and at peace within. I am strong,

deep intake of breath and time to reorientate your mind
your focus to the joy, the challenge and beauty of
the world outside. Now take another deep breath, but this
one completely fully lungs up to the very top, now
stretching out the muscles in your arms and legs, and

then open your eyes and smile and metaphorically give yourself
a pat on the back for taking time out for you.
So many don't. But when you take back control over
the small things the way we react, you bring peace,

true balance to your world, and from there we change
