in and around your chest, the way your rib cage

blissful clarity, flow through the monolog of your thoughts, to

imagine yourself drifting ever deeper into a beautiful state of
calm contemplation, as if sitting or lying on a beautiful beach,
or high up in the mountains, whatever you prefer. But

imagine yourself as if there now completely at peace. Every
outbreath you drift ever deeper, unwinding, finding peace and harmony

within the beauty of your thoughts. Deeper and deeper you drift,
you unwind further and further down, so at peace, so relaxed,

A true sense of understanding, of acceptance, of loving harmony
for all that you are, flows through every thought deeper
and deeper. Allow yourself to heal, to rest, so that

in the beauty of your mind's eye, with every outbreath,
now you can repeat these wonderful words of positivity, visualize

then stretch out those muscles in your arms and legs.
