Welcome. This is the Calming Anxiety Podcast, your moment of
daily guided meditation, a moment to soothe the turmoil in

Now find your quiet place to day, somewhere comfy you

can sit or lie down, whichever you prefer, and just
close your eyes so that with your beautiful mind, you
can expand your awareness, as if your thoughts now could
touch the rhythm of the rise and fall of every breath.

A moment in your day to connect deeply, intimately with
the beauty of your breathing. And as you connect, as
you learn to appreciate the shifting sensations between the rise
and form, you find balance and harmony within the monologue

of your thoughts. So focus now like never before, on
the inn and the out, the rise and form of
every single breath, to the exclusion of any other thoughts.

Just you feel every part and be mindful of how
the sensations change throughout the rhythm. But with every outbreath
you open your mind more. Now, become more aware of

the simple pleasure of the outbreath, that sense of release,
that deep sigh that hugs the very core of your soul.
So relax deeply and safely within the sanctuary of your consciousness,

and imagine yourself drifting ever deeper. Whatever deeper means to you,
a sense of blissful reliefs, a state of calm and acceptance.

Outbreath after that, outbreath further and further down, deeper and
deeper and deeper. Still, just you now, this mind and
body connection, allowing the tension, the negativity, the moments of

panic or doubt, to just melt away and leave you balanced,
calm and at peace. Relax with every outbreath, unwind, truly,

allowing yourself to heal, to find peace and balance within
the mid mologue of your thoughts. Deeper and deeper, you
continue to drift, feeling your breathing with your beautiful mind.

Outbreath after outbreath, deeper and deeper, so that as your
breathing finds its own rhythm, as your thoughts settle within
the beauty of your imagination. You take time now to

imagine these new words, to see them bright and bold
within your own mind's eye, and to repeat them in
your thoughts with intent, with conviction, Relax, unwine, imagine, and repeat,

I am worthy of love and endless possibilities every day.

I am worthy of love and endless possibilities every day.

and still ever deeper with every visualization, with every repetition,
unleashing your potential, following your path for your needs, your hopes,

very top. Now stretch out those arms and legs, big stretch,
and then open your eyes and smile. Always, no matter

it gives back to you because you're worthy. Have a
