Hello there, and welcome in. This is calming anxiety. Ten
minutes of daily guided meditation, your coffee break for the soul.
There are over two thousand in the back catalog, so

daily routine. Now, find your quiet place to day, somewhere
comfy to sit or lie down, close your eyes and
with your beautiful mind, expand your awareness and connect with

the rhythmic rise and form of each and every breath.
A moment in your day to truly feel, to explore
and appreciate the shifting sensations in and around your chest

(01:07):
as you breathe, a moment a gift of time to
find the calm and balance within the monologue of your thoughts.
So let your focus move from one area of your
chest to another, between the inn and the out, and

(01:33):
truly feel intimately every subtle nuance as you inhale, as
your rib cage expands, as it rises, as you fill
your lungs with hope, ambition, with courage, with focus, and

then always be mindful of that momentary pause between the
inn and the outbreath. And then as you exhale, truly connect,
explore the simple yet beautiful feeling of relaxation, of release,

as the muscle fibers unwind and you breathe away the
tension of the day, allowing all of those negative thoughts,
those moments of panic or doubt, of sadness or regret,
to simply drift away, Allow them all to dissipate, to

disappear from thought, from memory, and find true balance and
worth within the beauty of your wonderful consciousness. To find
true calm and understanding within the monologue of your daily thoughts. So,

with every outbreath, unwind and drift deeply into a wonderful, natural,
trance like state, just you, the almost hypnotic rise and
form of every single breath, to the exclusion of all

other thoughts. Relax an unwind, out breath after outbreath, you
imagine yourself completely at peace, balanced. Deeper and deeper, you

continue to drift a sense of peacefulness flowing through the
very core of your soul, so that in your mind's
eye now, as you breathe out, you imagine these wonderful, powerful,

positive words of change. You repeat them silently yet firmly
on every outbreath within your thoughts, taking note of the shape,
the color the intensity, So relax, unwind, imagine and repeat.

I choose to focus on the good in my life.
I choose to focus on the good in my life.

I choose to focus on the good in my life.
I choose to focus on the good in my life.

And still, ever deeper you drift, you unwind, and you
find true balance and worth within. Further and further you unwind,
you let go of the darkness within, and then once more,

away from the noise and turmoil of the outside world.

Building true resilience, power and strength with every beat of
your heart, with every thought, with every interaction, because simply put,
you are worthy. Now take a deep, deep intake of

breath and time to reorientate your mind, your thoughts and
focus to the challenge, the joy and the beauty of
the world around you. Now take another breath, this time
filling your lungs to the very very top. Then stretch
out those muscles in your arms and legs, and now
