every breath. To truly feel your breathing in this moment
like never before. To be aware of every part of

each breath, where your chest rises, where your shoulders move,
the changing pressure on your upper back against the chair
or the bed, maybe of your clothing pressing against your

chest as it expands outwards and then lowers, but throughout
it all, as your mind moves wm one part to another,
open your thoughts to the beauty of relaxation as you exhale,

Open your mind and heart to the blissful relief as
the tension subsides. See your thoughts, find balance and allow
yourself this moment to truly find a sense of calm

and clarity, and let it flow through every thought, every feeling,
every reaction deeply and safely. You now allow yourself to

unwind within the sanctuary of your beautiful mind. Relax, let
go breathe out stress and sadness, deeper and deeper and deeper.

on a tranquil day, taking away the stress and tension,

Let all the darkness, the regrets, just melt away, deeper

even if you become distracted, if you lose focus, which
is natural, acknowledge those moments with a smile, and when ready,

bring all your attention back once more to the rhythm,
the beauty of every breath and the sound of my voice.
And within the space in your consciousness as balance flows,

as harmony grows deep within, imagine these words to speak
them softly within your thoughts, yet not moving your jaw

visualize them on every the out bress so relaxed, unwind, imagine,

simply put, you aren't worthy. Now take that deep, deep
intake of breath, and it's time now to reorientate your
beautiful mind to the joy, the wonders, and the infinite
beauty of the world outside. Take another deep breath now,

at this time, fill your lungs right to the very top.
And now let's stretch out those muscles in your arms
and legs and open your eyes and smile.
