Hello there, and welcome in. This is the Calming Anxiety Podcast.
Simply ten minutes of daily guided meditation, your coffee break
for the soul. If you're new, do consider subscribing and
hitting the notifications and make mindfulness part of your daily journey. Now,

find your quiet place to day, somewhere to sit or
lie down where you won't be disturbed, somewhere comfy, and
simply close your eyes and then focus all of your

attention on the simple rhythmic movement, the rise and form
of every per and the sound of my voice. And
through this session and others, should you ever find yourself

distracted those random thoughts, daydreams, tasks to be completed, or
simply a sound that drifts in from the outside world,
acknowledge these natural moments, and, once noted, when you're ready,

bring all your focus back once more to the beauty
of the rise, the pause and form of every breath,
a moment to intimately connect with the shifting sensations in

and around your chest. To focus completely as you exhale
on a natural bruty of release, of relaxation. As you
let go are the physical tensions of the day, the

moments that hold you back relax truly deeply, feeling yourself
as if drifting down deep, safe and secure within your
own thoughts on every exhalation, connecting deep down with the

essence of your soul. Maybe imagine your stress, the negative moments,
the darkness, the regrets, drifting away from your body as

if evaporating from the very surface of your skin with
every outbreath, which in turn allows you to float further
and further down, deeper and deeper and deeper into this natural, beautiful,

trance like state, to then grow in focus, in self worth,
in compassion, and courage for all that you are day
after day, moment by moment, to empower you through the

rest of your life. So relax, now, unwind, feel your
breathing with your beautiful mind, and let go of negativity,

of the dark thoughts, a plague, the monologue of your
mind breathing light, hope, power, ambition. Let these thoughts flow
through your consciousness, and as you relax, as you unwind

in the beauty of your mind's eye, imagine these words,
and as you exhale, you repeat them, feeling them, almost
tasting them, and let them guide your way forward. So relax, unwind, imagine,

and repeat I trust that everything is unfolding as it
should be. I trust that everything is unfolding as it
should be. I trust that everything is unfolding as it

should be. I trust that everything is unfolding as it
should be. And still, deeper and deeper and deeper, you

continue to drift into this wonderful trance like state, an
intimate connection with your breathing, with your soul. So relax, unwind,
