Hi there, Welcome in. This is the Calming Anxiety Podcast.
It's simply ten minutes of daily guided meditation, some breathing,
excises and affirmation, a moment to reunite mind, body and soul.

So find your quiet place today, somewhere relaxing, to sit
or lie down where you won't be disturbed, close your
eyes and simply with your own thoughts. Expand your awareness

(00:42):
and connect with the almost hypnotic rhythm of the rise
and fall of each and every breath. To truly intimately
connect with every sensation, letting your focus your attention move

(01:07):
wherever it wishes, from one part of your chest to another,
but noting every time the shifting ebb and flow, those
subtle nuances between the inn and the outpreth Feel them are,

(01:30):
experience them, Explore them from the front to the back,
the lowest part of your chest up to your shoulders.
Take note. But even if your mind wanders, should you

(01:51):
be distracted random thoughts and itch, whatever that may be,
always acknowledge these moments, and then when you're ready, bring
your focus back once more to the beauty of your breathing.

And as you relax, as you find this moment of
calm with every outbreath, open your awareness now to that
beautiful sensation of unwinding, as if feeling the deepest of

size at the end of a busy day. You exhale,
your muscles, unwind, the stress attention dissipates, Relax and unwind

deeply and safely with every outbreath, with every moment, deeper
and deeper and deeper. Still allow all the tension to

(03:18):
evaporate from the surface of your skin and find true
balance bliss within the sanctuary of your consciousness. Further and
further down with every outbreath, releasing negativity and doubt, letting

go of the regrets of your past that hold you,
expanding your horizons, your ambitions, and loving all that you are.
Deeper and deeper and deeper, still feel the muscle fibers loosen,

(04:19):
lengthen release further and further down and then within the
beauty of your mind's eye as you feel the state
of balance and self worth as you exhale. Now, imagine

(04:43):
these new powerful words of positivity, as if built out
of stone, brick, orward in front of you, ten twenty
foot tall. With every outbreath, you read them, and they
radiate a light of positivity and hope. So relax, now, unwind, visualize,

and repeat. My mindful breathing carries me to peace and acceptance.

the emotion, the intent, and once spoken, imagine the core
meaning drifting down to entangle itself into the fabric of
your soul to empower you to inspire. So relax, unwind,

and then once more, on every outbreath, visualize, feel, and repeat.

of breath and time to refocus your thoughts to the challenges,

the joy, the infinite beauty of the world around you.
Now inhale again and fill your lungs to the very top,
and then stretch out those muscles in your arms and legs.
And now open your eyes and smile. Wherever you are

in life along its path, practice smiling and contextualize this. Recently,
I've been spending time with my dear friend, which I've
mentioned in the past and is also the star of
some of my recent videos on my YouTube channel. By

the time this comes out, he may have passed, but
we sit there together in the hospice chatting, and I've
never known some one smile so much. He's not sad
that he's leaving this mortal coil. He's not bitter or angry.
He's of acceptance. And with that we can talk. But
