Welcome in. This is calming anxiety and today mourning manifestation meditation.
Set your day with positive energy. Just ten minutes of
time out your coffee break for the soul. So find

your quiet place now, relax and close your eyes and
start your day with positive energy, giving yourself that law
of attraction. So expand your awareness and connect with the

rise and form of every breath. To truly feel as
you inhale, shifting sensations within and around your chest as
it expands as it rises. To be truly present in

the moment, to be aware of the pause between the
inn and the outbreath. And then as you exhale, to
release tension and bring back true mental clarity your moment

to reduce anxiety, a body scan of relaxation and inner peace.
So feel your breathing and allow yourself to receive abundant
happiness and joy. Relax now deeper and deeper, further and

further down with every outbreath, with every word I say,
exhale and unwind to bring the monologue of thoughts within
your beautiful consciousness into a state of balance, so that

within this moment of time in your day, you can
allow powerful visualization and truly manifest your desires, attract success
and abundance. So within the beauty of your consciousness, imagine

your perfect moment, however big or small. Imagine standing there,
seeing yourself at your best, succeeding, having that perfect day.
Imagine the emotions, every feeling, every sense and fiber in

your body. Take it all in, walk around it, feel it,
taste it, walk through your day of perfection. And if
your mind wonders, if the image fades from thought or view,

accept these moments, understand them for they are natural, and
then feel the gratitude return, trusting the universe and its
infinite possibilities, and reimagine this perfect day again, stepping in

to yourself as if wearing it as a suit of armor.
You look at your arms and hands, you look at
what you're wearing, and you hold this moment deep within
your soul, and then focus once more on each and

every breath, every single inhalation, empowering you, increasing this visualization,
this manifestation, and every outbreath. Allow the negativity, the mistakes

and regrets of your past to simply melt away, to evaporate,
to leave mind, body and soul as one in peace
and harmony. Relax, deeper and deeper, and deeper still, further

and further down. Now anchor this feeling deep within your
very core with positive affirmations of your choosing for you
are worthy. You are worthy of happiness, of self success,

are worthy of leaving the negativity and doubt of others behind.
Deeper and deeper into a wonderful natural trance like state
you allow yourself to drip. They be walking through beautiful woodland,

or along the beach, or simply in the job that
you wish to have. Feel this new you like a
suit of armor, of power and protection, of empowering yourself
with courage and focus. And then once more return to

your breathing feel every moment of every in breath, filling
your lungs with positivity, with hope, with focus, and then
every outbreath, letting go of self doubt, of those regrets

that hold us back, of the negative anchors in our past,
and just drift now feeling grateful for all that you are.
Deeper and deeper, and now start to feel every fiber awakening,

new positive habits flowing through your mind, energy moving through
to start each day in a positive mindset, to allow
yourself new challenges, new experiences, and to appreciate that this
is the best day ever. So one, take a deep

intake of breath. Two start to feel your mind coming
back and focused and ready for the day. Three take
another deep breath, filling your lungs to the very very top.
