Welcome in. This is calming anxiety. Ten minutes of daily
guided meditation to bring a different state of calm to
the monologue of your thoughts. I'm your host, Martin. Please
do subscribe and make mindfulness part of your daily routine.

Now find your quiet place today, somewhere you won't be disturbed,
Somewhere to sit or lie down and close your eyes
and with your thoughts, open your awareness and connect and

focus on the rhythmic beauty of the rise and form
of every breath of every moment. Truly let your focus,
your attention, move around your chest, your uppert back, your shoulders,

and just open your thoughts to the sensations that shift
the ebb and flow with every breath. A mind and
body connection to bring a deeper state of calm and

balance to your beautiful mind. A gift of time to
yourself to find balance tranquility deep within your soul. So
relax and unwind, truly allowing yourself to let go of

negative thoughts, of those moments of panic or fear, sadness
or regret that brought darkness to your day. Bundle them
all up and imagine breathing them away with every outbreath

to leave your thoughts in a natural, wonderful state of relaxation,
of acceptance. So feel your breathing now truly deeply, every
in breath imagining a brighter future, a positive world. And

with every outbreath, now feel that one day false sensation
of release, of relaxation, as the muscles around your shoulder
and chest they unwind, they loosen, and you feel yourself.

Imagine yourself drifting deeply and safely into a wonderful, natural,
trance like state. Just you this moment in your day,
the rhythm of your breathing, and that feeling of floating

further and further down into the most beautiful state of
mindful harmony. Relax truly deeply, allowing all attention to simply evaporate,

to disappear from thought, from feeling, and just be in
this beautiful moment as if weightless, timeless, a new deep,
intimate sense of connection between mind and body to help

set you free with potential, with positivity, so that in
your beautiful mind, now with every exhalation you can visualize
feel these wonderful words of positivity of empowerment. So relax

ever deeper, unwind, and then repeat these words in your
thought and imagine, semen, my heart is open to receiving

you feel yourself drifting, finding balance and calm within and

you breathe out, that wave of blissful relaxation flows over

every fiber of your being, through every thought, through every memory. Relax, float,
and just appreciate how far you have come. Now take

a deep, deep intake of breath, and time now to
refocus your mind, reorientating your thoughts to the challenge, the joy,
and the infinite wonder of the world that surrounds you.
Now take another neat breath, and this time completely fill
your lungs to the top. Now stretch out those muscles

in your arms and legs, big stretch, and then open
your eyes and smile. Thank you. Have a lovely day.
