Welcome to the Calming Anxiety Podcast. Ten minutes of daily
guided meditation to soothe your soul, a moment in your
day to reconnect with all that you are. So time
now to find your quiet place where you can sit

or lie down, somewhere comfy where you won't be disturbed,
and then just close your eyes and with your beautiful mind,
it's time to connect the almost hypnotic rhythm of the rise,

the pause and fall of every breath to truly appreciate
this moment in your day, the relaxation it off the
sense of peace, serenity that you bestow upon your own thoughts.

So feel every moment of every breath, exploring the shifting
sensations one part of your chest to another, from the
lowest part up to your shoulders, letting your thoughts your

imagination meander at will, taking note at how every moment feels, truly, deeply, intimately,
and allowing yourself a moment, this gift of time, to

let go of tension, to reignite your passions, your ambitions,
to find balance. So relax now, deeply, safely, as if
floating down to a wonderful state. And as you become

more aware of that wonderful feeling of release as you
exhale within your own imagination, simply see this word, repeating
it as you start to exhale, Relax every outbreath, softly

repeating it to yourself, connecting it with the sensation of unwinding,
of release, Taking note of the color that you instinctively
gave it, the shape of each letter. Do you hold

the image in your mind constantly? What does it flash?
Whatever you choose is perfect for you. But with every outbreath,
over and over, relax and drift deeper and deeper and deeper. Still,

relax every moment, letting yourself unwind ever further, discarding the
negative thoughts that hold you back. Relax feeling this sense

of peace, of pure balance and tranquility flowing through your thoughts.
And in the future, when stress, fear, panic, negativity comes
your way, simply focusing on every outbreath, repeating visualizing this

simple word could be all you need to take back control.
So relax ever deeper, unwind and now in the beauty

the power of your imagination. As you continue in allowing
yourself to RelA acts ever further, visualize these new, wonderful, powerful,
positive words of permanent change, repeating, seeing on every outbreath,

intake of breath. And it's time now to reorientate your mind,

to set your focus on the challenges and the infinite
beauty of the world that surrounds you. Now take another
deep breath, this time filling your lungs completely to the
very top, and now stretching out those muscles in your
arms and legs, and open your eyes and smile, and
