appreciate the rhythmic rise and form of every breath, a
mind and body connection to soothe the turmoil in the
monologue of your thoughts. So as you lie or sit there,

imagine your breathing as with X ray eyes, you can
see and feel every moment of every breath. As you
start to inhale, you truly feel the ever changing sensations

within and around your chest, and you start to focus
in and appreciate every part, every feeling as your chest
expands and rises, as your rib cage moves, become aware

like never before, truly intimately feel your breath now being
mindful of that momentary pause between the inn and the outbreath.

And then as you exhale, you now not only feel
and sense that beautiful feeling of a release of relaxation.
You truly, genuinely now allow yourself to unwind, to release

the negative thoughts, those moments of panic, that feeling of
fear in the pit of your stomach. You allow them
now to dissipate, to drift away with every sigh, and

then ultimately to leave your thoughts within your beautiful mind,
balanced and calm. So with every exhalation, I wonder if
you could imagine yourself in the most wonderful calm and

relaxedate possible. Try it with every outbreath, Honor yourself with
this gift of time to heal, to find your moment
of calm and relax deeper and deeper and deeper, still

floating further and further down. Just you this moment in
your lifeline, relax and unwine, feeling every part of every

breath breathing in hope, harmony, self worth, exhaling the negative
thoughts that hold you back, relax and unwine, so that

within the peace and harmony of your mind's eye, with
every outbreath, now you can visualize these wonderful words of
love and positivity, repeating them softly yet firmly within your thoughts.
With every outbreath, but visualizing them bright bold. So relax, unwine, imagine,
