You connect this sensation of relaxation, of letting go of

the color, the shape, the intensity, how long the image

yet powerful word, the echo of it drifts down to
write itself into the fabric of your thoughts. So wherever
you are, whenever panic or doubt come your way, connecting
with every outbreath, softly yet intently, repeating that one word

within your mind will bring it deeper, sense of calm,
of comfort, of understanding, of all that you are so relaxed, unwind,
and then visualize these wonderful words of positivity, repeating them,

seeing them as well, over and over with every outbreath,
So relaxed, unwind, imagine, and repeat. My thoughts are becoming
calmer with each passing moment. My thoughts are becoming calmer

passing moment, And continue in allowing yourself to unwind and
drift deeper and deeper into this beautiful, simple and natural
