ten minutes of gentle, daily guided meditation and affirmation to

time to expand your awareness, to connect, to appreciate excit law,
the hypnotic rhythm of the rise, the pause and fall

of each and every breath, a gift of time to yourself,
to find balance, to allow clarity of thought to flow
through the monologue of your beautiful mind. So feel intimately

every outbreath, Imagining all the small muscle fibers within and
around your chest as they unwind, as they loosen, induce sense.
You connect this sensation of relaxation, of letting go of

the physical tension of the day that builds up, of
those fleeting moments of doubt, of anger, or sadness, of
loss of regret, Just let them all simply drift away.

Relax now deeply, safely, as if your consciousness was drifting,
floating deeper and deeper into the most wonderful state of acceptance,

of understanding. Now feel the in breath, hold for a
care out of one or two, and then simply repeat relax,

outbreath after outbreath. Visualize this one singular, powerful word, relax,
connected with the joyous sensation of relief. Deal yourself unwinding,

drifting further and further down with every exhalation, with every word,
I say, with every beat of your heart relax. Maybe

take note of how you visualize those five simple letters,
the color, the shape, the intensity, how long the image
stays within your thoughts. But then I wonder if you
could view it that, once spoken, once seen, the simple

yet powerful word, the echo of it drifts down to
write itself into the fabric of your thoughts. So wherever
you are, whenever panic or doubt come your way, connecting
with every outbreath, softly yet intently, repeating that one word

within your mind will bring it deeper, sense of calm,
of comfort, of understanding, of all that you are so relaxed, unwind,
and then visualize these wonderful words of positivity, repeating them,

seeing them as well, over and over with every outbreath,
So relaxed, unwind, imagine, and repeat. My thoughts are becoming
calmer with each passing moment. My thoughts are becoming calmer

with each passing moment. My thoughts are becoming calmer with

passing moment, And continue in allowing yourself to unwind and
drift deeper and deeper into this beautiful, simple and natural

trance like state. Unwild, let go of doubt, exhale all
the negativity, and then once more, imagine and repeat. My

calmer with each passing moment. Further and further within the
beauty of your consciousness, connecting with all that you are,

Release who you truly are. Connect with the world around you.
Be it your God, be it nature, be it the
universal song, whatever you decide is perfect for you, Relax, visualize,

and repeat. My thoughts are becoming calmer with each passing moment.

are now. Take a deep, deep intake of breath, and
it's time now to reorientate your mind to refocus on
a challenge and the infinite miracle of the world around you.
Take another deep breath, this time fill your lungs completely
to the very top, and then stretch out those muscles

in your arms and legs, and then open your eye
