minutes of daily guided meditation to bring a deeper sense
of calm to the turmoil in your soul. I'm your host, Martin.

now find your quiet place to day, somewhere relaxing, to
sit or lie down and just close your eyes and
connect now mind and body by feeling every moment of

intimately to the rhythmic rise and form of every breath,
of every sensation between the inn and the outbreath. To appreciate,

to take note of the subtleties of the shifting sensations.
As you inhale, as your chest rises, as your rib
cage expands, and you draw deep within you every moment

of life, every hope, every dream, your aspirations, the ambitions
you've held for so long. Fill your lungs and minder
with positivity, with endless hope, and then as you exhale,

allow all those moments of doubt, of negativity, of regret
to just drift away, as you breathe out, and to
leave your mind the monologue of your thoughts in a
state of mindful tranquility, and to appreciate this moment of

time in your day, in your lifeline, where you truly
allow yourself to find balance, to find you exhale doubt

and stress, and imagine yourself maybe drifting deeply into a
magical place of change, surrounding yourself with every positive memory,
with every happy thought, to build a place of balance

and care within the sanctuary of your consciousness. To rewire
the way you think, feel, and react, to be more positive,
more understanding, to react with kindness to all that you are.

So relax now deeper and deeper and deeper still, with
every outbreath, with every beat of your heart, let go
of stress, release all doubt, and just drift and as

you now find balance, find comfort in this mind body connection.
With every breath, you can, within the safety of your imagination, visualize,
to truly see in your thoughts these wonderful positive words

have changed. To repeat them as you read them with
every outbreath, to feel them, and just to hold them
in your thoughts, if only for a moment. So relax
now ever deeper, imagine and repeat, my future self will

completely to the very top, and then stretch out those
muscles in your arms and legs. Feel every nerve ending
