of daily guided meditation, an affirmation to reunite mind, body
and soul, your moment of calm within the turmoil of
modern life. I'm your host Martin. Before we start, If

part of your daily routine. Now find your place to
sit or lie down where you won't be disturbed, close
your eyes, and now time to connect with the rhythmic

beauty of each and every breath, as if placing your
thoughts your consciousness within the center of your chest and
becoming so aware of every feeling between the rise and form.

So feel your breathing, connect with it, Appreciate every moment,
every sensation, and just allow yourself this moment in your
day to unwind, to find balance and harmony within your

own mind. Truly deeply feel every breath, every fleeting sensation.
Take them all in, even if you notice them for
the smallest of moments. Acknowledge everyone moving your focus, your

attention from one area to another. But with every outbreath
you open your awareness to the joy, the beauty of release,
of pure relaxation. Each outbreath, taking away the negative thoughts,

the moments of panic, of fear, of self doubt, all
of them just drift away with every exhalation. And then
notice too, that wonderful natural feeling of release around your shoulders,

your neck, your upper chest on every outbreath, and now
let this be your sole focus. Outbreath after outbreath, deeper
and deeper, you allow yourself to unwind, to find true

blissful harmony within the sanctuary of your consciousness. Relax and unwind,
and just be in a state of calm acceptance in

this moment in time. Breathe out and unwind, Exhale and
relief all the regrets, your path, pain and mistakes. Relax.

Now imagine yourself completely at rest, completely at peace with
all that you are. Every exhalation deeper and deeper and deeper, still,

breathe out and unwine, so that within this moment of calm,
of balanced reflection and acceptance. With every outbreast, now you
can repeat these new powerful words of positivity, feeling them

as you breathe out, almost touching them with your thoughts.
So relax, unwind, visualize, and repeat. My heart radiates calm

Further and further into a wonderful state of calm, of harmony,
of self worth than love. Relax truly and deeply, further

understanding that life never stands still. Change is natural. How

on the infinite challenge, beauty and joy of the world

then stretching out the muscles in your arms and legs.
