moment for daily guided meditation, ten minutes of time out
to soothe the soul. So find somewhere quiet today where
you won't be disturbed, somewhere comfy to sit or lie down,

and then close your eyes and expand your imagination and connect.
Explore the shifting sensations within and around your chest of
every breath, a moment of time to intimately be aware

of the sensations as they move with the rhythmic rise
and fall of every breath, a gift of time to heal,
to reset. So maybe become aware the feeling on the

surface of your skin, of your chest, maybe as it
presses against the clothing you're wearing between the inn and
the outbreath, or the changing pressure of your upper back
against the chair or bed on which you rest, or

simply the passage of air in and around your nostrils,
the subtle change of temperature between the inn and the outbreath,
but with it all on every exhalation, Open your mind

to the simple joy of relaxation, of physical and mindful release,
and truly allow yourself this time in your day to
find peace and harmony. Within the monologue of your thoughts,

deep within the sanctuary of your consciousness. Relax, unwind, and
just float. Every outbreath you truly allow yourself to find

a deeper sense of balance of harmony within your thoughts.
With every outbreath, imagine yourself if you can, in a
state of blissful peace, a new sense of clarity to

the way you think, the way you feel, the way
you react, with understanding, with wisdom, with all the knowledge gained,
yet without regret or anger, without fear or doubt. Imagine

yourself imperfect control over all that you are, with purpose,
with kindness, with an intent to be your best self,
no longer negatively affected by the words or actions of

those around you. Breathe out and relax, drifting ever deeper,
as if your consciousness was floating further and further down

into a wonderful natural, trance like state. Relax now, so
that within the beauty the power of your imagination in
the forefront of your mind's eye, you can visualize these

wonderful words of positive change, repeating them in your thoughts
as you exhale, imagining them bright powerful. So relax, unwind, visualize,

and repeat, I trust my journey unfolds perfectly with self

deeper into this wonderful state of mindful bliss, you allow
yourself to drift, to simply be connected mind, body and soul.

of your heart, imagine these words, visual eyes, and repeat.

the very very top. And now follow that by stretching
out the muscles in your arms and legs, and open
