Hello my friends and welcome back to the calming anxiety channel. Today we are

focusing on one of the most important powerful affirmations for self-love,
the realization that you are already enough. We're going to work on releasing
anxious thought patterns and building self-confidence and self-worth. Listening to

these guided affirmations every day whether as your daily morning affirmations or
in the evening right before you sleep to begin reprogramming your mind.
So find your quiet place today either sitting all-in down. First let's anchor

ourselves in the present moment. Close your eyes and let your shoulders drop.
Let's take three deep intentional breaths together. Inhale deeply for a count of
four. Filling your belly and chest with calming air. Four, three, two, one. Hold

(01:25):
gently for a count of two, one and an exhale slowly through the mouth for a
count of six releasing all tension, all worry. Again inhale deeply for four, three, two, one.

(01:49):
Hold for two, one. Exhale slowly now letting go of all but does not serve.
Again one more time inhale positive energy three, two, one. Hold for two, one. Exhale

slowly now letting go of tension, of doubt, of negativity. Exhale the anxiety and
fear and now return to your natural soft breath. You are safe, you are here. Now

repeat these affirmations silently or allowed after me let the words become
true in your heart. Feel them, imagine them. This first set is worthiness and
acceptance. I accept myself exactly as I am. I am beautifully unique.

An incomparable to others. My worth is in eight and cannot be taken away. I have

enough. I do enough. I am enough. I am good enough.
Now for confidence and power. I am confident in myself and my worth. I am strong. I am brave.
