FBI’s Trump probe ‘Arctic Frost’ also investigated Charlie Kirk’s TPUSA, !!
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, revealed Tuesday that the FBI's election-related investigation into President Donald Trump, launched in 2022, swept in dozens of Republican entities, including the late Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA.  Speaking during a hearing focused on oversight of the FBI, Grassley said the investigation, which the bureau called "Arctic Frost," was partisan in nature and that its expansive scope was evidence of that.
"In other words, Arctic Frost wasn't just a case to politically investigate Trump," Grassley said. "It was a vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus."

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Welcome everybody, and welcome fellow patriots. Welcome Fello the Porbulls,
Welcome all of you Drakes to society. You rocked. Well,
there's your syc offense and stinkos Nazis fascist. You know
what the left call you by now you better know
what we call you. That's friends, allies and patriots. And
we always want you to know that you're always going

(00:42):
to be welcome here to this place. And that's the
Conservative Commander's Radio Show, and I'm Rick Trader coming to
you from the my Pillow Studios, the master studios of
the A and TV Network. And joining me today as
my co host is Sharon I the Patriot from the
battle Born State, the Battleground State, the Silver State, and

(01:06):
Neveda and Sharon, welcome back, Welcome back to Conservative Commandos.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Rick.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
It's always great to be here on a day that
I received a text from and it's a national voter
registration day, but you and I know it is not
National Constitution Day. So I thought I might as well
clear that up that we have constitutional rights in this

(01:33):
country and we should we should observe Constitution Day. We
should say this is a day that We're thankful that
we have a constitution. I know it's in our Declaration
that it says that we have inalienable rights to life, liberty,
and pursuit of happiness. But within the Constitution there's a
bill of rights that secures the blessings of liberty for us.

(01:58):
And when we look at the Constitution in that way,
we need to be not only proud that we have
a constitution, but also we need to be vigilant wary.
How do we protect that constitution. How do we go

(02:20):
about making sure that we the people are in charge,
because that's really what the Constitution says. If we the
people aren't in charge, somebody else will slip into that
spot and try to take our place. And that's really
what we've been finding with this takeover BYFT. Communism is
what it is. You know, I just kind of skipped

(02:43):
right past socialism. I skipped right past leftism or globalism.
What we've got going on in this country is a
communist mindset, the one that says the government will take
care of you, don't worry about it, just leave it
to us, which means leave everything to us, which means
live where we tell you to live, send your kids

(03:05):
to school where we tell you to send them. It
means pay your taxes and don't ask questions about where
those taxes are going. Don't worry about who's representing you.
We'll pick those two because we'll control elections in order
to make sure that the right guy gets in. And
that's really what we've always feared. We've always said, we

(03:28):
don't want to be another Banana Republic. We don't want
to be another California. But the thing that banana Republican
republics in California have in common is that they do
not They do not. They may have a constitution, but
they don't follow it. What they do follow is the

(03:50):
leadership of those elitists that often live in another country.
We watch that with with hamas their leaders live and
Katar and luxury. While they tell the guys in in Gaza,
you know, don't leave, do not go to a safe place.

(04:10):
We need you as a human shield. They don't exactly
say it exactly that way, but they're not allowing those
people to leave for that purpose. They want to use
them as human shields. I want to use them as
for political power. That's why they have abducted folks and
kept them held them hostage. And that's why Israel is

(04:32):
fighting so hard in Gaza because they see it. It's
in their country. We see it in California, it's in
our country. But we we it's a little softer cell.
Gavin Newsom isn't a jee hottist yet, but he ends
operating in a ge haughty way, which is, we know

(04:55):
better for you. We are going to do this and
you're going to like it or lumpet. And we in
this elite society have our friends, and we have our ways,
and we have our ways of giving you the carrot,
which is our entitlement programs and all of our paid

(05:19):
for by the government. You take your ease, we got
your back. We will take care of you, we'll protect you,
we'll provide for you.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
That's the carrot.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
The stick is you stand up against us and watch
out here comes things like we experienced this past week,
which is Charlie Kirk. I just got an email from
my pillar, our sponsor, Michae Lindell, saying you know about
the the Arctic let me let me the Arctic Frost

(05:54):
is a CIA investigation arm that was set up, I
believe probably during the Obama years, but no matter when
it was set up. They've been investigating people like mikeel

(06:15):
Lindell and people like Charlie Kirk. He was one of
those Arctic Frost ninety two interests people of interest POIS
people of interest that our government was investigating. And like
Michael Lindell says, this was and is a full on

(06:38):
weaponization of our own government. And life gets completely upended
when they do that. They investigate your handk Acain, they
they cancel your platforms, they interfere with your ability to
even do business, and he calls them sham investigations. But

(07:04):
we know that, and we know now that Charlie Kirk
was part of that party Crost investigation, and it's an
intense FBI scrutiny by the but there's five additional agencies
that were also monitoring Mike and his company. So it's

(07:28):
just we need to talk about this, Rick. We need
to talk about the way that the left handles things
and the way that we do when we have a
loss of one of our own, we pray, we go
to vigils, we mourn, we are so grieved at the

(07:54):
lost the left whole different story, tell different story.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
Indeed, it is an entirely different story, Sharon. When the left,
when somebody from the left is killed, say, for instance,
George Floyd, who is an absolute despicable, despicable individual, somebody
who was a felon, somebody who was a drug addict,
somebody who was a woman beater, somebody who put a gun,

(08:26):
a louted gun to the belly of a pregnant woman
to force her to do what he wanted her to do. Oh,
when someone like that is killed, what does the left do?
They right, they loot, they right, they burned, they burn
down their communities, they hurt other people. That's how they react.

(08:46):
That's how they react.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
And use it as an excuse for violence. Use they do,
and then they turn it when you call them on it,
they say, but we're the victims. We should be allowed
to act out any way we want to to express
our grief, right, do it anyway? We watch it because

(09:11):
we're the victims here.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
And then when we someone from our side dies like
Charlie Kirk did this past week, we have visuals, we
go to church, we have rallies in support of not
just Charlie Kirk, but in our country. That's how we respond,

(09:35):
And how do they respond to the way we respond.
And we've seen pictures of this. During some of these
peaceful rallies, we have absolute idiots throw themselves in the
middle of it. One idiot down in Texas did a

(09:55):
little mock of the shooting of Charlie Kirk. That's how
you you spotted. Another idiot ran around and saying, we
shot Charlie Kirk. We shot Charlie Kirk. Another idiot ran
right through a display of flags and flowers and letters

(10:15):
and stuffed animals, run right through its, stomping on everything.
Fortunately he was handled in a way that he didn't expect.
But that's how these people react, Sharon. They're not They're evil.
They're absolute evil people. So people, Americans need to ask themselves,

(10:40):
what side do you identify with right? What do you
do when something tragic happens? The act like the left
or do you act like the light right? What kind
of friends do you want to associate with the people
on the left the people on the right. It's a

(11:03):
question Americans have to ask themselves because we are so divided,
and let's let's let's put it right out there. Who
divided us? Well? I think people like Hill and Billary, Clinton,
I think they helped to divide us. I think that
Barack Obama divided us farther than anyone, anyone since Abraham Lincoln.

(11:33):
Where Lincoln divided the country north and south, the Obama
has divided the country left and right, black and white, male, female, gay, straight.
That was all. That was the work of Barack Obama.
He's the one that when a boy was was being

(11:55):
a criminal in Florida and he was he was shot
because he was threatening somebody else. He wouldn't. He said,
if I had a son, he would look like Trevor Trayvon.
He would look like Trayvon yep, Trayvon Martin. This is

(12:16):
the result that we get. This is the result that
we get if you listen to the left, if you
listen to the black segment on the left, A large
black segment of the left hate this country, Sharon. They
tell you they hate this country, how racist this country is.

(12:37):
And yet this racist country seems to be a magnet
for millions and millions of people who will just about
sell their souls to get here. And yet this is
a racist country. I don't understand that. I don't get that.
It's miraculous that we have a constitution it's miraculous that

(13:01):
we have free speech, free speech, not hate speech, free speech,
and that there are parts of the world, Great Britain,
for instance, that you don't have free speech, you don't
have freedom of assembly, you don't have freedom of religion.

(13:25):
That they are locking people up in Great Britain for
what people think and how they pray and what they say.
We're so so lucky, Sharon. That's two hundred and fifty
years ago that our founding fathers got together and created
this wonderful country. It's such a miracle that two hundred

(13:50):
and thirty seven years ago they got together and give
us their constitution. We're so lucky we have so we're
so blessed. Do we have so much to be thankful for?
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (14:04):
I was just going to say you left out the
division between Christians and the secular society. That Obama said
that Christians were ignorant, clinging to their guns and religion.
I think you remember that, yes, blinging to their guns
and religion. We were at in and out Burger. I

(14:27):
mentioned them because we have them out West on every
piece of paper that they put out. So your Hamburger
rapper has John three point sixteen on it. Your drink
cup has Revelation three twenty on it. Every piece of
paper that they put out that they wrap things in,

(14:50):
nearly every piece has a scripture on it. They have
a very Christian based business. And to I saw two
things when we went in and out Burger for lunch.
One thing was a friend of mine who's a Christian,
and he says, you know, and he's the guy that

(15:11):
waits on the internal part of the store, he's their greeter.
He's the one that makes sure everybody is happy with
their with what they bought. And he said, I just
see this whole thing with Charlie Kirk is a threat
against my Christianity. I think that's why they killed him,
is because he was standing up for Christian values, because

(15:33):
he was a Christian man, and they have targeted us
as Christians. And he said, I think people need to
wake up that this is this is a persecution. This
is part of the persecution of Christians in our nation
right now, and we as Christians are letting them call
it anything but that. The other thing that happened was right, yeah.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
And we do have to take a break and tell us,
tell us what it is, and then we can discuss
it on the other side house that.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
Well, it's a short little piece. I'm not sure we'll
discuss a bit. What came in at right at noon
were twenty young men all in our group. They were
happy to be together. They didn't have slogans on their
t shirts. They're just coming in for a nice burger.
That was you know, it's three dollars for the hamburger

(16:27):
and they were coming in Hamburger. That's why they're eating there.
It's awesome because they like the atmosphere. Nobody challenges them,
he says anything political to them. They're just allowed to
be kids.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
A good Hamburgers part of American. By the way, Sharon,
I got to do some homework for you. I want
you to find out where we send the bill to

Sharon Angle. I'm Rick Trader, coming to you from the
Mike Pilisudius the myster studios of the au N TV Network.
Uh where we're going? Kid?

Speaker 2 (20:28):
First of all, you gave me a task. Here's the
tasks and the bill for Christian owned in and out Burger,
the Christian business woman Lindsey Snyder, who's returning to her origins,
the business origins, and that's Baldwin Park California. I wanted

(20:49):
to go forward with our sponsor, my pillow, Mike Lindell,
who has they've had a for you thing and with
this the FBI now they've released what they were investigating this.
This investigation is dated the twenty third January twenty twenty

(21:14):
three and the summary is investigation into the multifaceted conspiracy
to overturn the results the twenty twenty presidential elections so
that former President Trump could remain in office. This conspiracy
involves subjects from a private sector in numerous battleground states Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan,

(21:37):
New Mexico, and Arizona, the Department of Justice, and the
White House. This is Operation Arctic Frost is a joint
investigation between the FBI, the DOJ, Office of the Inspector General,
the US Postal Inspection Service, and National Archives and Records Administration.

(22:05):
This case was opened in April of twenty twenty two
and in November of twenty and in November twenty twenty
two was assigned to Special Council Jack Smith. Their lines
of effort fraud, false claims, propagating false election fraud allegations,
false electors schemes, schemes to have false slate of electors

(22:29):
and electoral college certificates, submitted false lawsuits following numerous unsubstantiated
fraud lawsuits related to the twenty twenty election, State pressure
pressure states and local officials, and battleground states to alter
the outcome of the election. False DOJ letters. I mean,

(22:50):
the thing just goes on, and investigative steps to be taken.
Interviews over one hundred and fifty conducted more than fifty
additional interviews in the next sixty day. Subpoenas over four
hundred served, three hundred for witness testimony records, two hundred selectors,
and twenty financial and search warrants. Ten phones, five lawyers,

(23:17):
one US congressman and two White House people. Twenty other
electronic devices, seven iCloud, twenty eight email accounts, and one
Twitter the former president Trump's account. It's just amazing what's
in this and the way that they picked out those

(23:40):
that they would attack and how they went in to
attack them. Twenty twenty three. This is Joe Biden, this
is your former president.

Speaker 1 (23:55):
Said he talked about how he was going to heal America.
Remember that lie, Remember that garbage that he was He
called himself a great a great community creator, great healer,
somebody he reached to the other side of the aisle,
somebody that could get along on the other side. Well,

(24:17):
I don't know. Maybe we shouldn't blame him as much
as the people that were around him, because it's getting
pretty obvious that he was he was not in control.
Whoever was whoever was in control by at Jill, be
it the people around him, be it the the puppet

(24:37):
master himself, Barack Obama. You know, this is whatever went
on in the Joe Biden administration was an extension of
the Obama administration. Barack Obama said it himself. He was
asked would he like to serve a third term? Because
I don't know about that. He's almost like being there,

(24:58):
done that, he says, But I'd love I would love
to have a phone with the direct line and be
and be telling the people inside what to do and
how to act. And I really do think that was
the did Joe Obiden administration. I think it was a

(25:20):
puppet of Barack Obama. I really do.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
Well, as you may know, FBI Director Cash Battel has
been talking to the Senate.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
Because I saw those series. Absolutely unreal people like Corey
Corey Booker, What a jerk? What an idiot?

Speaker 7 (25:47):
Jerk?

Speaker 1 (25:48):
Corey book Race Well and Adam Schiff another one. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (25:54):
But Senator Chuck Grassley also questioned Cash Battel, and he
questioning was about the whistleblower information in indicating that TPUSA,
that's Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk's organization, alongside numerous other
Republican entities twenty ninety two to be exact, were placed

(26:18):
under artic Frost investigative scope. The senator argued that the
operation reflected an improper use of federal authority to monopolitically
aligned groups. Turning Point USA was explicitly listed, Grassley said,
And he described artic Frost as more than an inquiry

(26:38):
into President Donald Trump, suggesting that certain FBI agents and
DOJ prosecutors allegedly used it to pursue broader political objectives
targeting Republican organization and individuals nationwide. So he said, basically,

(26:59):
thank you Cash Hotel for releasing this information so that
we know what was going on, what it was happening
during the Biden administration, at least since twenty twenty three,
And honestly, I think.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
Before then well, what question I have? All right, you
have all these investigations? What do you do with what
you find out? Well, what do you do with what
you find out.

Speaker 2 (27:36):
From that? In a memo? It looks like law fair,
doesn't it?

Speaker 1 (27:40):
Yeah? Mean, then what do you do?

Speaker 2 (27:41):
You got a lawyer up?

Speaker 1 (27:43):
Then what do you do? What do you do? I
mean you're going to invest You're gonna you're going to
investigate these people and then charge them, uh with you know,
what are you going to charge them with? Where are
you going to charge them at? I mean again, on
our side is different and sometimes are I think our

(28:04):
side better wake up and realize that we are at war.
We are at Is it a shooting war? Well, asked
Charlie Charlie Kirk if it's a shooting war or not.
But it doesn't seem like our side is interesting and
fighting back. Look what they did. Look what they did

(28:27):
to Donald Trump. Invest lies, impeachments, false reports, They try
to bankrupt him, They tried to they tried to destroy
all the people around him. Rudy Giuliani, Uh, General Flynn. Uh,

(28:51):
there's just so many people are around Donald Trump. They
Steve Bannon, they try to destroy it Sidney Powell. They
tried to destroy everybody who was working with Donald Trump.
Anyone who was around Donald Trump was a target because
just like with the mafia, to get to the to

(29:13):
get to the bosses, they went after the underlings. And
that's what the Democrats did. They went after all the underlings.
Except they accept when it's time to go to the jury.
They were shocked because the jury was the American people
who reelected the Donald Trump. They impeached, twice, investigated, indicted,

(29:41):
the American people said not guilty. In fact, we want
this man back to lead our country. They didn't. They
didn't expect that. They really didn't expect that. You know,
the left is pretty smart people, but they got that
part wrong. They got that part wrong.

Speaker 2 (30:01):
Not only did they get that part wrong, but they've
stirred up a hornet's nest with Charlie Kirk. Senator Grassley said,
in total, ninety two Republican targets, including Republican groups and
Republican linked the individuals were placed under it and the
investigative scope of Arctic frost on. That political list was

(30:23):
one of Charlie Kirk's groups, Turning Point USA, in other words,
artic Frost wasn't just a case to politically investigate Trump.
It was a vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and
Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and
improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus. So today, Senator

(30:47):
Johnson and I are making these records public for the
entire country to see. I hope a lot of people
are interested in seeing what the government can do when
various agencies have a political agenda. Thank you, Senator Grassley.

Speaker 1 (31:03):
Well, thank you, Senator Grassley. But do you think that
you're going to see or hear any of this on ABC, NBCCBS,
CNN or any of the other media outs. Do you
think you're going to see any of this on on
Yahoo or Google? Or you think you're going to see

(31:25):
any of this on you know?

Speaker 2 (31:28):
No?

Speaker 1 (31:28):
So sharing The problem, as I mentioned, is the media.
You know, are the American people going to get this information?
Certainly not from the mass media. And I mentioned this
the other day, the day after Charlie Kirk was shot,
we had lunch with a few friends to our house.
There were four of us and we're talking about Charlie Kirk,

(31:52):
and one of our friends said how come you know
about this, and you know about this, and you know
about this, and I don't. I don't know anything about
about Charlie Kirk. And we said kind of almost in Innison,
because you don't watch the news that we watch. All right,
I hope the American people see this. So many Americans

(32:13):
live at their head in the sand. They don't care,
they don't want to know because a lot of things,
there's nothing I can do about it. And that's what
the left counts on. The left counts on the ignorance
of the American people.

Speaker 2 (32:30):
But you that lady got mad at you instead. Yes,
she does say that.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
The lady dig admit and and and then when me says,
because you don't watch, she says, what do you mean
because I don't listen to you. No, it's not that
you don't listen to Rick Trader. You just have your
your your focus is so narrow that you don't want

(33:01):
to go and get the other side story, the story
on the other side. You're so focused on what the
left is telling you, what ABC, CBS, NBC is telling you.
You don't think beyond that. So anyway, there's enough comfortable
situation up to that was a beautiful afternoon, beautiful lunch,

(33:26):
and hey Sharon, we do need to take a break,
and you are listening to and watching the Conservative Commandos
with Sharon Angel. I'm Rick curidor go nowhere. We'll be
back right after this break.

Speaker 5 (33:37):
This right here is confidence and a model.

Speaker 2 (33:39):
It makes me feel so much more confident than I've
ever felt. They are some of the hottest videos on
social media, those videos claiming to instantly get rid of
bags under your eyes. And that figure out is here
to tell us why she says. This one is for real.

Speaker 8 (33:53):
This one is for real, and I'm so excited. We
even have a video. And all he uses is a
small amount.

Speaker 1 (33:59):
On a face.

Speaker 8 (34:00):
And what it does is it tightens and lists the
appearance of bags underneath your eyes. And I did this
to my father. We were at home, so we applied
it to his under eye bags and let me tell you,
we were so excited and under ten minutes they visibly
disappeared from view. And now it is literally part of
both of our daily routines. And not only does it
work on the bags, it works on the appearance of

(34:22):
horose feet, fine lines and wrinkles.

Speaker 9 (34:24):
And our fourteen dollars and ninety five cent price. It's
the best way to try PLEXIDERM and see it work
after your first application. Your solution is at plexidermtrial dot

the au N TV network, and you're not near one
of our twelve broadcast TV towers, go to our website

Speaker 2 (36:36):
With that back to you, Sharon oh I went to
talk about Texas A and M A fired staff after
a viral video of a student was asked to leave
for rejecting transgenderism. The university president, the dismissal of the
dean and the department head after this viral video went

(37:01):
and then shortly afterwards the professor herself was fire so
he went in and cleaned house. The video shared by
this Texas student confronting doctor Melissa McCowell during the class
about children's literature, asserting that her course materials disobeyed Trump
administration executive orders against diversity, equity and inclusions. So hooray

(37:27):
for a student who listens to the news and knows
what the law is, and he says that goes against
not only myself, but a lot of other people's religious beliefs.
And I'm not going to participate in this because it's
not legal. At that, as the exchange continued, McCall says

(37:48):
to the student, it's time for you to leave. So
Harrison sounded the alarm. This is the student and the
and his representative about those materials with Texas Greg Abbott, Governor,
and that started this and he he called an m

(38:13):
Texas AMM then issued a statement saying that they had
directed the provosts to remove the dean, the department head
for their from their positions effectively, immediately, effective immediately. He says,
I learned this afternoon the key leaders in the College

(38:33):
of Arts and Sciences approved plans to continue teaching course
content that was not consistent with the courses published description.
So they're doing it undercover. They say they're not going
to do it, but they do it anyway. Our students
and and this is what that the head of the
Texas A and M said, our students use the published

(38:56):
information in the course catalog to make important decisions about
the courses they take in pursuit of their degrees. If
we allow different course content to be taught from what
is advertised, we let students down when it comes to
our academic offerings. We must keep our word to our
students and to the to the state of Texas. So

(39:20):
I say, bravo, they went in, they cleaned house, and
they did it immediately. Don't you know, just clean out
your desk. You it's time for you to leave, not
just the student, but the student. Wow. You know, he
did what he needed to do and alerting people what

(39:43):
is really happening, and when he did, the action was taken.
So I think that's just an alert to all of us.
If you have children that are going into the college system,
come them, don't be afraid, don't be afraid, show the truth,

(40:04):
to put it out out there on the internet. They
can't get all of us, honestly, Ricky, Well.

Speaker 1 (40:12):
First of all, this is the way we cancel the
cancel culture.

Speaker 2 (40:16):
It'll be interesting to follow this story a little more
because obviously the professor lawyered up and now she's the
victim as far as the leftist concerned.

Speaker 1 (40:28):
Cancel cancel culture, yes, and report it if you if
you see, if you see something like that, happening reported
to someone. Let us know here at the au N
TV network. We'll talk about it. We'll even have you
on if you want to come on our show, we'll
do that. Won't we share it?

Speaker 2 (40:47):
Yes we will, Yes, we will. In fact, we'll even
let them have their own show. They got something to say.
You know, my son and his friend call me site
and said, how do we get on to just share
how we feel about what's going on? How do we

(41:07):
do that? And I said, hey, you called the right
place right now. Whether he and his friend will actually
do it or not, you know, I said, you have
to have content, you have to you have to really
want to put the truth out there. Because Rick and
I we we do investigative journalism here because we don't

(41:31):
want to be the ones that get sued. We don't
want to be the ones that can't stand on what
we've said during the time that we're on air. So
we are very much aware that we although I don't
think I'm on that ninety that list of ninety two,
we very well could get there easily. And of course

(41:52):
there will silence says to sue us.

Speaker 1 (41:56):
That list of ninety two is going thanks to President
trumpt and like Sharon's uh, what was your brother? Your grandson?
Your son? You want to have your own show? You
got something to say, you want some people to say
it too, well, you can join the AUN Television network

aun TV network. Program Note, right after this segment, we
will be airing some of the best of interviews that

(44:00):
we've done here on the Conservative Commanders, So stay tuned
for that and check out our website aunds tv dot
com aundsh tv dot com as I mentioned earlier. From
there you can go to our twenty four hour days,
seven day week stream on Rumble watch all the great
shows on the aun TV network. And also right below

(44:24):
the banner, you'll see an article there that says something
like help save the aun TV network. We still need
We still need one hundred patrons to pledge thirty dollars
a month to keep this network on the air. No
one here gets paid. Charman don't get paid, I don't

(44:46):
get paid. None of the shows get paid for contributing
their program to this network. But it does take money
to keep this thing going. And for that, as I mentioned,
we need one hundred patrons to pledge thirty dollars a month. Okay,
that's a dollar a day. You can't even get a

(45:07):
cup of coffee for a dollar a day. You can't
even get a newspaper for a dollar a day. And
as I've said all along, we will never have paid program,
VIP membership or anything like that here on the au
and TV network. But we're kind of like NPR. We're
kind of like PBS. We are supported by our viewers

(45:28):
and our listeners. And again, just like MPR, just like PBS,
we get no government funding. They used to, they don't anymore.
So we're all on an equal playing field and it's
up to you. It's up to you to get involved.

(45:49):
It's up to you to become one of our patrons
for thirty eight dollars a month. Again, go to our
website au win dashtv dot com a u n dash
TV do come right to below the banner. You'll see
a thing there and you can click on it. I'll
tell you how to go and where to go to
make your contribution. Sharing back to you.

Speaker 2 (46:13):
I want to talk about the memorial to Joe Biden.
Every president has one right. They all have a library
or a museum something where they put their legacy. These
monuments are typically funded by donors, by friends of the

(46:36):
former president. And so Barack Obama's Chicago monument cost eight
hundred and fifty million, and Biden's is going to cost
two hundred to three hundred million for a library to
be built in the Laware. And he has a thirteen
person governance board including sex Critaria State Anthony Blinken and

(47:03):
longtime advisor Steve Richetti and fundraiser Rufus Gifford. So he's
got it going. And he sent out to their Democrat
Party's most reliable check books, and here's.

Speaker 1 (47:19):
What he got. No way.

Speaker 2 (47:23):
That's the exact response from one of one former Biden
budler and administration official. They gave it to NBC News.
When asked about contributing, another major donor was equally a
blunt about the library fundraising. He says, I just don't
see that's where I'm going to spend my money. I

(47:47):
won an eight hundred thousand dollars refund, said John Morgan,
a Florida based personal injury lawyer. He's referring to a
nearly one million dollars he said he'd raised for Biden
that went to then Vice President Kamala Harris last year
after she assumed Biden's role. He says, I don't believe

(48:07):
a library will ever be built unless it's a book
mobile for the old days.

Speaker 1 (48:14):
Loved, that's all. That's smart.

Speaker 2 (48:17):
Thousand dollars back and just building a book mobile.

Speaker 1 (48:21):
Oh, how about this week we buy an old school bus,
We take out the seats, we put shells in it
and put and we go to a I don't know,
like a rummy cell and we get books. You can
probably get them for five cents each and put those
books in Joe Biden's converted school bus bookmobile. Boy, I

(48:44):
haven't seen Sharon. I haven't seen a bookmobile in fifty years.
You know this. I think this is fitting for Joe Biden.
I've been checking out the prices of used school buses.
How about forty nine hundred dollars. We can buy an
old school bus for forty nine hundred dollars. We can
tear out the seats. We can go to home depot

(49:06):
for a couple hundred bucks. Buy shelves. Then we can
dry our drive our school bus probably to Goodwill, and
we can probably buy books for pennies on a dollar,
and we could we could fill this school bus with
books called the Joe o'biden Bookmobile. Sear we need to

(49:29):
do this, well, we need to give Joe o'biden a
living legend he wants, he wants a monument to him.
Here would be a bookmobile. And we can get this
for forty nine hundred dollars a couple of hundred dollars
at shelves at home depot, let's say five hundred dollars.

(49:52):
We could buy probably a thousand books for five hundred
dollars maybe more. We put these books on this bus.
We pain on the side of it the Joe o'biden Memorial.

Speaker 2 (50:07):
Bookmobile.

Speaker 1 (50:08):
Yeah, bookmobile.

Speaker 2 (50:10):
I think the ending of this is kind of fun,
it says. Perhaps John Morgan's bookmobile suggestion isn't so far off.
After all, a mobile library would be fitting for a
presidency that always seem to be running from reality, constantly
moving to avoid hard questions about mental fitness and family corruption.

(50:33):
You know what, maybe no library is exactly the legacy
Biden deserves. After all, what would we even put in it?
Transcripts of naps.

Speaker 1 (50:48):
That's it. We have we in the back of the bus.
We have it. We have a lazy lounge chair, all
right with the dummy of Joe Biden. Maybe Joe Biden
would even sit in it. You know, we could take
it to We could take our converted school bus bookmobile
to to Wilmington, Delaware, which is not far from here,

(51:12):
and we could show it to the former president of
the United States, and we could show him where his
place is in the lazy boy lounge chair in the back.
We can't even have a TV there for him, Sharon.

Speaker 2 (51:25):
I was thinking, why not skip the book, Well, just
rant a basement in a library and furnish it the
way the basement candidate had it. That's where he spent
all of his time, was in that basement. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (51:44):
I like that idea too. I like that idea too. Well, Sharon,
we do need to wrap this segment up and get
on to our interviews. And this is the Conservative Commanders
with Sharon Angle. I'm Rick Drader, Go nowhere. We'll be
back with those interviews right after this break.

Speaker 12 (52:03):
Oh, I'm Mike Lindell and I'm excited to announce my
new product, my Coffee. I get products all the time
from entrepreneurs for my new platform, mystore dot Com. And
when I tried my coffee for the first time, I
was blown away. It is the best coffee I've ever had.

Speaker 7 (52:20):
In my life.

Speaker 12 (52:21):
I spent the last four months doing my due diligence,
and this family owned business micromanages every step from the
fields to the cup to ensure the best quality coffee
you're ever going to have. It starts with the beans
that are grown in Honduras. Honduras's volcanic soil and humid
climate make the perfect growing conditions for coffee plants, which

(52:43):
produced the best beans ever. Then each batch is tested
for its aroma, tastes, and other aspects to meet the
highest standards in the coffee industry. And after that it
goes into production, which is all done right here in
the USA. It's like you're getting small, bad specialty coffee.

Speaker 7 (53:02):
But delivered right to your front door.

Speaker 12 (53:05):
So go to mystore dot Com or call the number

of the coffees have that terrible after taste, some that
leave me jittery or I get an upset stomach.

Speaker 7 (53:27):
Well, my coffee is different.

Speaker 12 (53:29):
It's the richest, smoothest, best coffee I've ever had. My
coffee comes in a variety of flavors. You get them
ground or whole being. Plus, it's certified organic and non GMO.
I guarantee it'll be the best coffee you've ever had.

Welcome back, Welcome back to the Conservative Commander's Radio Show
with Sharon Engel and you're struly Rick Trader, comeing to
you from the My Plus studios, the Mystore studios of
the a u n TV network, and share in our
next guest or our first guest today is with us actually,
and please make that introduction.

Speaker 2 (54:56):
That's my pleasure to introduce Dan Snyder, who is currently
the vice president a Free Speech America MRC Business and
the External Affairs Division. He previously served as the executive
director of the American Conservative Union, which organizes Sea Pack.
His work in government has included roles in the White House,
Executive Branch Agencies, the US Senate, and the US House

(55:21):
of Representatives. Dan, Welcome to the Conservative Commandos Radio Show.

Speaker 14 (55:26):
Sharon. Thank you so much for having me. It's a
great show that you and Rick have.

Speaker 2 (55:30):
Well, it's our pleasure to have you Dan, And we
want to talk about an article. Well it's actually just
a topic, but is meta really turning away from fact checking.
We get used to this fact checking, and now we're saying,
maybe the fact checkers aren't really giving us facts, maybe
it's just more loose propaganda. But they're saying, we're not

(55:52):
going to do it anymore. What is that all about.
Have we just put pressure on them and they don't
feel like they're relevant or what's going on?

Speaker 7 (55:59):
Sharon.

Speaker 14 (56:00):
The fact that you have to ask the question whether Facebook, Instagram,
all those amount of properties, The fact that you have
to ask the question if are they really getting rid
of the rid of the fact checkers reveals the problem
because you can't name me a single right of center
fact checker anywhere in the world. Fact checkers are always left.
Ninety nine percent of them are left with a political agenda.

(56:22):
And and so they're not fact checkers. They are propagandists
trying to use the term fact checking as a weapon,
as a tool. And Facebook was doing this at the
highest levels. They were hiring fact checkers all over the world,
and and and they were they were also George Soros
approved fact checkers, by the way, And it's it's not

(56:45):
until Donald Trump on the election that suddenly Facebook, did
you announced an about face on a lot of different things. Now,
are they really doing it about face? They they, I'll
tell you very honestly. We have seen some improvements, We
have seen real provements of Facebook. But the question remains
is it real? Because you know, Elon Musk has a

(57:06):
long history of being pro free speech, of wanting a
platform that is more free speech than censorship. Zuckerberg and
Meta don't have that kind of history. In fact, they've
got a history of silencing and censoring opposition voices. And
of course, Mark Zuckerberg spent hundreds of millions of dollars
to help Joe Biden win the election four years ago.

(57:29):
So look, the jury is going to be out at
Meta until the cows come home because they're very unreliable.

Speaker 2 (57:38):
Well, they're chief Global affairs officer Joel Kaplan. He has
some interesting quotes here. He says that means no new
fact checks and no fact checkers. We announced in January
we'd be winding down the program and removing penalties in
place with the fact checks, the first community know will

(58:00):
start appearing gradually across Facebook, threads and Instagram with no
penalties attached. So are they just admitting now that this
is their opinion? This is their agenda that we're going
to be getting this has nothing to do with facts.
Is that what that all means?

Speaker 14 (58:18):
So when Joel Kaplan went on Fox this was a
couple months ago, and made this big announcement on behalf
of Mark Zuckerberg, there were some interesting things he said.
One is that they were terminating the contracts for these
outside fact checkers, and that was real. And one thing
that was delicious about all of it is that all
these left wing fact checkers around the world were not

(58:39):
given advanced notice. They all learned their contracts were being
terminated at the same time we learned. And here's another
interesting thing they did. They still had and I think
still have, a content moderation team. Now typically you'll hear
me object to the term content moderation because that basically
just means censorship. But it is important for these platforms

(59:00):
to make sure that criminal activity is not allowed to
take place on their platforms. You know, no selling drugs,
illicit drugs, you know, no death threats, no prostitution solicitation.
So you do need some sort of like moderation team
ensuring that crimes are not being committed. But what Meta
announced back then is that the content moderation team was
being moved from from northern California to Texas, which I

(59:25):
took as kind of an interesting positive sign because you're
going to have more sort of rational, decent people, right
leaning people in Texas to choose from. So look, I
think Meta deserves a little bit of credit for moving
in the right direction. But you know the old Reagan adage, Well,
I don't even want to say trust, but verify recognizing

(59:45):
the positive steps they've done, Recognizing they still have not
made restitution for any of the conservative voices that they silenced,
they censored, any of the businesses out there that lost
money because of the censorship, and they're all conservatives who
lost money. They've done nothing to provide restitution. At least
they are taking some steps in the right direction.

Speaker 2 (01:00:03):
Well, and you know, many of us have been bitten
by their fact checking and people were believing this stuff.
So when you say restitution, absolutely, we couldn't get them
for defamation, but it was it's so close. And one
of the reasons we couldn't get them is because public
figures has a lower threshold than just the average person.

(01:00:29):
So they're not really doing anything. They're just kind of
moving a bit out of the light. I guess right,
they're not really doing much different, or are they? I mean,
here I am doing that trust, but yeah, yeah, I
don't know, maybe no trust.

Speaker 14 (01:00:48):
So Facebook is adopting a community notes type of system
that Elon Musk is implemented at X and here at
the Media Research Center. We still count that asgship because
when you're somebody is noted and there's a formal process there,
you know, on X the account is demonetized, its reach

(01:01:10):
is limited. There are censorship actions that are taking place.
And I've seen most of the community notes i've seen
do in fact correct in a genuine misrepresentation. But I've
seen some community notes that are wrong that the under
the original assertion was correct. But the way community notes
it X works is that essentially majority rule. So we

(01:01:33):
don't love community notes. It's better than just outright banning
and censorship. But Sharon, here's one thing we're learning. We
think we have learned at least that Facebook's community notes
is going to be a lighter touch than XES. It's
not going to limit the reach. We're learning. I think
this is going to be true. It may end up
not being true. But as far as community not notes,

(01:01:56):
goes the Facebook version might be even better than X's
that we they would get rid of all of it.
You know, people can respond to what they perceive as
misrepresentation simply by making comments, right.

Speaker 2 (01:02:07):
And it was interesting. I have a granddaughter who's in
that eighteen to thirty five generation, and I asked her
a question about Facebook the other day, and she says, oh,
I gave up my Facebook account a long time ago.
I don't even know how it works anymore.

Speaker 1 (01:02:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:02:24):
Is that is that kind? And she's I wouldn't say
she is the most conservative thinking girl at all, But
is that kind of a generation that said we're tired
of being lied to and we're done with this, And
will they go back to Facebook even with these changes?

Speaker 14 (01:02:41):
I think young people like my own sons, I think
they look at Facebook as something for old fogies like
me and they and they also tend to shy away
from Twitter and gravitate more toward like TikTok, you know,
TikTok videos, And that's a that's a completely different problem

(01:03:03):
apart from even the Chinese companies party monetizing all of
our data. But you know, young people predominantly get their
their news their information from TikTok.

Speaker 7 (01:03:14):
Uh, you know, which is.

Speaker 14 (01:03:17):
Kind of depressing to me that we have a generation
of people who who aren't being taught to think critically
but instead respond emotionally absolutely correct.

Speaker 2 (01:03:26):
I wonder about that because they it is this idea. Well,
I went on TikTok and I saw this, and to me,
they are more propagandized than the other things that that
we have out there. And yet, uh that this generation,
as you're saying, is seeing it as more free and

(01:03:46):
less censorship. Yeah, you know, what, what do they see
that I don't see?

Speaker 1 (01:03:52):
I guess.

Speaker 14 (01:03:52):
Yeah, well, Sharon, I would be remiss if I didn't
plug this, this very important view of my own, which
is good. Is the worst of them all. Google is
the font of all evil. It is out to propagandaize
with a hard left agenda everywhere it can. And for
so long people would scratch their heads when they would
hear me say this because they understood what it was

(01:04:14):
to lose their Facebook account, their their Twitter account. But
Google isn't that just a search engine. But Google manipulates
information and feeds a hard left narrative at every step.
And just today I was up on Capitol Hill meeting
with some members of Congress, and somebody mentioned the Save Act,
that the House is going to come up with a
vote on the Save Act, that's the legislation to tighten

(01:04:37):
up our voting so that illegal immigrants can't vote in America.
And I typed in the Save Act and all of
the news stories that Google gave me were from left
wing sources you could find or you know, not just
news outlets like the New York Times, but the ACLU
and other radical left wing organizations to try to find

(01:04:58):
something out about the Save Act, and Google was going
to make sure you only heard the hard left view
of it. This is how they operate.

Speaker 2 (01:05:05):
I found that to be true too. When I do
my researching, I have to be very careful how I
question it to get anything, and then I have to
go so deep to find something that is and balanced,
because they just flood you with all of the good news,
right the good news, there's nothing. They're not going to

(01:05:27):
report anything negative if it's part of their agenda. And
I find that to be true with GPT chat GPT sorry, yeah,
with that and that is supposed to just answer the question,
but it doesn't. There are and if you have it
right something for you. You better be a good editor.

Speaker 7 (01:05:46):
That's like, yeah, Sharon.

Speaker 14 (01:05:48):
We do so many studies here the Free Speech American Division,
here at the Media Research Center, studies on big tech
their bias. I could go on and on and on.
Let me just give you two examples that you've just
touched on. Before the election, we did numerous studies on
how Google was treating Kamala Harris versus Joe Biden, or
rather versus Donald Trump. And for example, if you googled

(01:06:12):
Kamala Harris, the first seven pages of search results were
only from left of center media outlets that were almost
all positive about her. But if you looked for Donald Trump,
you'd have to go to say the page thirteen of
Google search results before you hit your first ride of
center media publication about Donald Trump. The first thirteen pages

(01:06:33):
would just b NPR, PBS, CBS, ABC, you know, New
York Times, Washington Post, you know, on and on and
on these very biased left of center media outlets just
saying terrible things about Donald Trump. Similarly, on the pro
life side, over the weekend there we just had pro
life rallies and so we thought we would test the

(01:06:55):
AI products out there just ask what is a crisis
precy center. You mentioned chat GPT. Chat GPT only gave
results from Planned Parenthood and other pro choice left wing
media outlets about what a crisis pregnancy center is. It
did not link to any right of center outlet, not

(01:07:18):
linked to a private uh a crisis pregnancy center to
define what it is.

Speaker 7 (01:07:23):
This is This is how AI has been used.

Speaker 14 (01:07:24):
It's how search engines are being used by the left to,
you know, to try and doctrinate us.

Speaker 2 (01:07:30):
And it's kind of frightening when you think that our
high school and junior high students are using chat GPT
to write their research papers. So they're going to be
getting this left of center uh uh impression that they're
really reporting facts when what they're really reporting is left
wing drop Again.

Speaker 1 (01:07:48):
Dad ciders and I guess he's a vice president for
Free Speech marka MRC Business and the External Affairs Division,
And we're talking about meta and the end of fact checkers.
Maybe the startup community knows. But Dan, before we get
back into that, tell us a little bit about what
you guys at Free Speech America do we know about MRCTV.

(01:08:09):
We're running here on AUN. We're proud of the partnership,
but give us the skin you on free speech America.

Speaker 14 (01:08:14):
Look the bottom line, we are fighting for First Amendment
rights of all Americans every day, and the First Amendment
is there's a reason it's the first. It's frankly the
most critical to a functioning government, where we the people
are the ones who control our government, where we are
the ones who pick our elected officials and hold them accountable.

(01:08:35):
If we cannot articulate our political points of view, then
our government will be lost forever. So we are fighting
for the rights of every American to express their point
of view. And for the last four years, we've been
fighting against Joe Biden what he did as president to
upend the First Amendment, not merely to cease its existence,

(01:08:58):
but to actually turn it again us to argue that
he and his administration government had a first moment right
to silence us. He actually was used in the First
Amendment as an excuse to silence us. It was a
perversion of the First Amendment. It was the most aggressive
attack on our constitutional system of government in our nation's history.

(01:09:18):
I can only thank god that he was he and
Kamala Harris were defeated, because that would have ended our
country forever.

Speaker 1 (01:09:27):
Dan, this is getting me off on a sidetrack. Can
bring this up? I don't know that if the American
people realize how important our First Amendment rights are, how
valuable they are, and how rare they are. For instance,
in Great Britain, there was a man who is praying,
praying outside, silently praying outside of the an abortion clinic,

(01:09:50):
and the police walked up to him and says, what
are you doing. He says, I'm praying, And they asked
him what are you praying for? He says, I'm praying
for the baby that my wife and I afforded. He
was arrested. He was arrested for that, Dan, And you
know if that would happen in America, well, number one,
let's hope that never does happen in America. But if

(01:10:13):
it did happen in America, that would be a violation
of our First Amendment rights. But in Great Britain, there
are no First Amendment rights. In Canada, if you read
certain passages now the Bible, you could be arrested. Why
because they have no First Amendment rights in Canada. I mean,
do you think America really appreciates our First Amendment?

Speaker 14 (01:10:33):
You know, I can guarantee you that they do not,
because we've got reliable polls that show that only forty
seven percent of Americans strongly believe in First Amendment rights.
One of my tasks here at the Media Research Center
is to turn that around and help more Americans understand
why the First Amendment is so important. And if I
just might add, there are a thousand people a week

(01:10:57):
arrested in the United Kingdom for speech, for expressing their
point of view. Justin Trudeau, he until recently was the
Prime Minister of Canada. He was pushing legislation in Canada
that would not only criminalize speech that the government didn't like.
But this sounds so extreme, but it's true. In Canada,

(01:11:20):
under this legislation, there'd be a committee established to determine
what the sentence would be and pending that committee that
the committee could confiscate a person's communications devices like their
phones and laptop and put the person under house arrest
pending this committee's review, and the sentence for a conviction
was up to lifetime imprisonment under this legislation being pushed

(01:11:44):
by Justin Trudeau. In America, Joe Biden did criminalize speech.
As you know, there were many parents going to school
board meetings, many parents saying my daughter should not have
to compete in these combat sports against boys, and they
were being arrested around our country. We had military installations

(01:12:05):
that were tracking people who were pro life on installations.
We had people in.

Speaker 7 (01:12:09):
The media being indicted. Don't forget.

Speaker 14 (01:12:13):
Rosen and I'm forgetting his first name now, but he
longtime box reporter who's now with Newsmax, I think, but
he was under indictment because of speech and the Biden administration.
We've documented fifty seven different censorship initiatives broad censorship initiatives
in the Biden administration, covering ninety three separate federal agencies.

(01:12:34):
These federal agencies were all working together to silence political opposition,
people who didn't like the policies or the views of
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. This was outrageous and if
I may just add Amy Cony Barrett. Justice Barrett shamed
herself in the case that went before the Supreme Court.
She manufactured this ridiculous standing requirement to have the case dismissed,

(01:12:58):
so instead of protecting ours against government abuse, she set
it back to the lower courts for further consideration because
she said the Supreme Court didn't have sufficient you know, jurisdiction,
because we didn't, we lacked standing. Our whole system of
government was on the verge of collapse if we had
lost our pre speech rights. And I'll tell you the
first things Donald Trump did, literally on his first day

(01:13:20):
of office, was signed in an executive order prohibiting federal
agencies from censoring and silencing Americans, something that the First
Amendment should be able to do on its own, but
because Joe Biden had attacked it so mercilessly, it needed
Donald Trump to save it.

Speaker 1 (01:13:36):
Dan, let's get back to fact checkers and community notes.
You know, Elon Musk started this community notes on x
but now he's rethinking it and saying that it might
need to be adjusted. Yeah, your thoughts on that.

Speaker 14 (01:13:53):
Yeah, Elon Musk has been very clear that he when
he bought Twitter, he wanted it to be more of
a pre speech platform. But from the very beginning he
said that he, you know, things he didn't, you know,
things that Twitter employees found to be misinformation or disinformation
that they would limit the reach of that. That's another
form of censorship. So while you know, we really like

(01:14:18):
the gigantic shift in what than Twitter now X is doing.

Speaker 7 (01:14:23):
It's still not perfect. It's still not perfect.

Speaker 14 (01:14:25):
And one of the studies we did well, let me
first say one of the great things Elon Musk did
was put the algorithm out there for all of us
to see. We could for the first time. It was
he said, here, here, I'm opening up the kimono. Here's
the algorithm.

Speaker 7 (01:14:41):
Okay.

Speaker 14 (01:14:41):
Well, we then took advantage of that and looked at
the algorithm and lo and behold. Based on Twitter data
and looking deep into its algorithm, we discovered that the
more harsh and more left wing of person's account, the
more it was being amplified, the tweets were being amplified,
and the more conservaive if somebody was, the more that

(01:15:02):
those tweets are being suppressed. This was under Elon Musk.

Speaker 1 (01:15:05):
Well, you know, I gotta tell you, Dan, I'm still
being suppressed under Twitter. You know I have I have
a couple of thousand followers. I'll put a tweet out
there and I get zero response, I get zero likes,
I get zero forwards. And you know this is this
is stuff that we see. I will read tweet things
out there that you see on the the internet every

(01:15:27):
day and other people we can get followings and likes
and retweets. I get zero, So it's still happening on Hey, Dan,
we got to run, but before we do, I want
you to tell our audience how they could follow you,
your work, the work of Free Speech America, MRC business
and all the good things that that you guys at
MRC do.

Speaker 14 (01:15:47):

you can just go to MRC dot org and from
there you can go to NewsBusters. You can go to

you can follow me on Twitter.

Speaker 1 (01:16:08):
All right, Dan, again, we want to thank you so
much for joining us. You know, Dan, I don't think
there's enough conversation about our First Amendment rights, our Second
Amendment rights. And I think that the problem begins in
our schools. Our kids are not being taught our constitution.
Our kids are not being taught our rights. Got it.
That part has got to change. But Dan, again, we

(01:16:30):
want to thank you so much for joining us. Take
care and God blessing.

It's always my pleasure to introduce Michael Lettz who's the founder, president,
and CEO of Invest USA and national grassroots nonprofit organization.
It's helping hundreds of communities provide thousands of bulletproof vests
for their police forces through educational, public relations, sponsorship, and
fundraising programs. He also has over thirty years of law

(01:20:37):
enforcement experience under his belt, hence his pro police stance
for his brothers and sisters in blue. Michael, welcome back
to The Conservative Commando's Radio Show.

Speaker 7 (01:20:47):
Well, thank you, Sharon's all with the privilegion. Well you
and Rick have been doing it have done for this
country is priceless. And unfortunately, though we've just started the fight,
we haven't edited. There's a lot more files ahead, So
let's all get together to hang with it, because it's
going to take every one of us united to win
this battle at the end of the day.

Speaker 2 (01:21:07):
Well, and it seems like we have a short window.
You know, we know that a president Trump will only
be there for for four years. I mean, that's the
Constitution and we're hoping, of course for jd Vance to
take up the next eight. But but really we need
to work hard while we have the opportunity because nothing's guaranteed.

Speaker 7 (01:21:29):
I agree. I actually think, uh interesting, you know, Sharon,
I think you're going to hear more about this one
more term only. I think you know there is a
distinct possibility the president may serve another term after this one.

Speaker 2 (01:21:41):
How can you do that? I I know we're clear
off topic now, but how can you do that with
that constitutional amend that limits them to terms in the presidency?

Speaker 7 (01:21:50):
Well quite frankly, you know that was the way after
the Constitution was written. They're in stinuating circumstances behind that,
and uh, I think there are legal arguments that you know,
the will the people have to prevail, and that's what
they're doing now in Congress. So you can't do that
with the presidency, not do with Congress. Now we're going
to have be fair, then let's have term limits for everybody.
And if we're not going to have term limits for Congress,

(01:22:13):
then you can't have them for the presidents. And I
think there are some strong arguments that we made there.

Speaker 2 (01:22:17):
So what we're talking about is Supreme Court material, because
if they decide to do go forward with that kind
of an argument, that's where it's going to go. We
can't go anyplace else. So it's a good segue into
what we want to talk about. As the Supreme Court
is granting trump request to lift these stays halting the

(01:22:40):
Venezuela and deportations, how does that get to be a
five to four court.

Speaker 7 (01:22:47):
I think you're finding two things. I think you're finding
that the court is done nearly as conservative as we
hit planet to be. There are three members Roberts, Barritt,
and Gorbush that quite frankly, have had some questionable rulings
in the past or not quite as strongly aligned with
our conservative values. But what's interesting at this age is

(01:23:09):
Barrett seemed to be more entrenched. You know, I thought
it was interesting at the State of the Union speech
if you could, if looks could kill, the look she
gave the President was certainly he wouldn't be with us
any longer today.

Speaker 1 (01:23:22):
Hey, Michael, if I could just drop in here, for
a moment that that moment in the uh the line
at the State of the Union message, Donald Trump was
coming and he bypassed Amy Comy Barrett, and after he did,
her eyes literally rolled and you saw the smirk on
her face. That was an incredible moment.

Speaker 7 (01:23:45):
Well, she knew why he bypassed her. You know, I mean,
I think here to we're discovering. I think a lot
of people like to wrap themselves in the cloak of
conservativism because they think that is where the wind is
blowing at the time, but their corbets have never really changed.
I think you see that in Roberts quite often. I
think he's very good at figuring out which win the

(01:24:07):
way the wind is blowing, and what he needs to
do to position himself to survive. So much to back
the principles of the Constitution.

Speaker 1 (01:24:15):
I'm sorry, that's so wrong, Michael, and you know it is.
I'm sorry Sharon for interrupting, but it's in my opinion,
it's any court's job to interpret the law, not right law,
but to interpret the laws and the Constitution. And if
they do anything but that, they're violating their oath of office.

Speaker 7 (01:24:36):
Well, you're exactly right, Rick, but let's take a look
at reality, okay, and we have a classic example Boseburg.
You know, Bolgsburg was initially it was a classmate of John's. Okay,
So there's a strong affinity there. There is a society
that nobody wants to talk about on the hill for
judicial appointees. And it doesn't matter a Republican or Democratic,

(01:24:57):
conservative or liberal. They all hang out together. They do
each other favors, and quite frankly with Boseburg, you know,
it was Roberts that appointed him to the Pisa Court
and helped he advise Roberts what are the members he
wanted so that they could issue the approval to wiretap
and the U espionage on the presidential candidate at the time,
Donald Trump in twenty sixteen. So that's where it starts.

(01:25:20):
Then you take a look at the fact that's Roberts
who has appointed these four cases that are controversial to
Boseburg to be able to oversee in the District Court
of Appeals. So why am I saying? You know, friendships
and IOU's and backscratching are a lot more powerful in
our judiciary system than doing the right thing and interpreting

(01:25:42):
the law and upholding the Constitution. That's tragic, but that's
the truth of the.

Speaker 2 (01:25:46):
Matter, isn't that why the framers of the Constitution gave
them lifetime appointments so that they wouldn't have to stand
for election, they wouldn't be influenced by politics, and they
wouldn't be worried about if they were going to be
primaried out or elected out. They would have that no

(01:26:08):
matter what they're but their leanings were how they judged,
they would have to be impeached. And that's a really
onerous process. So didn't the founders say We're going to
give you every opportunity to be impartial.

Speaker 7 (01:26:23):
They did, but you don't quite Frankly, Congress miss that up.
And let me tell you how they missed that up.
That is what the intent. You know. It's interesting when
you'll get a constitution. The least powerful entity is our judiciary,
and why do we send you the least powerful They
don't create the laws, they don't enforce the laws. You know,
the judiciary does not have its own police force, does

(01:26:44):
not have its own military. It is simply there to
interpret the laws. Well, that's worked very well for generations
and generations. Then we had a Congress that began to say,
you know what, I'm more concerned about getting re elected
than I am about taking a stand and passing laws
that make sense or that need to be done. And
so what did they do well when you had an

(01:27:04):
issue that was affecting society, whether it's pro life, whatever
it might be, they just passed the buck. We're not
going to vote on what the law should be because
a bunch of people will be mad at us. So
we're not going to take a position at all. We're
going to sit quiet and tell you a file something in
the Supreme Court, let them decide. Well, the Supreme Court
was all too happy. We said, gee, we didn't have

(01:27:25):
a whole lot of power today, it'll be yesterday. But
they're shifting it over our way. We'll be happy to
take it. And so they begin to view that as
suddenly they are now the president or the executive branch,
or they're the legislative branch. They're cold buy you into too.
They think that they can legislate and force the executive
branch the execution of their orders, and quite frankly, there's

(01:27:45):
nowhere to be found in the constitution. They're mad as
the devil at the president because he's called about so
you issue an opinion, who's going to enforce it. I
don't see any US, Marshall, and I don't see anybody coming
to my doorstep as a president of the United States.
The hand company, I don't see you have an ability
to do anything with it. Well, they've never been challenged
like that before. And I think what you're seeing now

(01:28:06):
talking about with John Roberts is suddenly we're beginning to
do investigation work, do discoveries. And you know, here's something
else about Boseburg is that seven cases and this is
just it hasn't become public give but it will be.

Speaker 9 (01:28:20):
Uh.

Speaker 7 (01:28:20):
The FBI has now have him under investigation, and there
are seven civil cases done within the last few months
to where Boseburg ruled in favor of the plaintiff. But
then when we compare his financial records, you find substantial
contributions from either the planeffs directly or show companies that
they own. You know what a crime that is. Somebody's

(01:28:42):
in deep trouble. Now, remember you have the tie in
which you meant justice Roberts. You know he's close friends
with John et cetera, et cetera. Folks, I got to
tell you, let's just talk about human nature a second.
You and I don't become close friends without me knowing
what you're doing. You know what I'm doing. Okay, that's
just that's just the facts of life. And the fact
of the matter is if you doing stuff and I'm
aware of it and I'm not going to say anything,
you're influencing me to help be a part of it,

(01:29:04):
You're guilty as well. And so I think Roberts has
kind of figured out, you know what, I've been being
a thorn and aside for this administration for the first
sixty seventy five days. Maybe I better kind of reevaluate
and kind of let's make sure some of these opinions
go through. Even if Amy doesn't like it. Let's make
sure some of these opinions go through. Let's get the

(01:29:25):
heat off, because you remember, Congress has already said, even
the Republicans in Congress, the Constitution only provides for a
Supreme Court. It doesn't provide for any district courts or
anying along those lines. What it provides for is for
Congress to establish any additional aid necessary to the Supreme Court.
They established district courts, they can say there's only one
disrect court. Necessarily there's ten district courts. Are these district

(01:29:46):
courts are no longer needed. They can shut up down
the ball. Plus they control their funding. So I think
people are beginning to say, you know, I've kind of
poked that bear one time too many, Maybe I better
kind of back off a little bit, let's ride this out.
I think that's where we're at to day. Unfortunately, though
sharing really it doesn't solve the problem. We still have
a corrupt judicial system all the way to the Supreme Court.
We know that. One of the reasons why we know

(01:30:07):
that is because of the fact they're a substantial list,
whether it's the Epstein file list, whether there's the Ukrainian list,
whether there's USAID list. And when I talk about those
who were talking about money that was sent, they never
got there. They got sent back to inngos, they got
then sent out to members of their board who happened
to be members of the judiciary or members of Congress.

(01:30:28):
We're not talking about a fifteen dollars steak dinner reimbursement
for your time. We're talking about millions of dollars as
fees for serving on those NGOs. So quite frankly, the
whole system has become a corrupt They now know that
we are investigating actively, We're beginning to find out details
that has never been known to the American public before.
And yeah, to say they're concerned, we'll bee an understatement.

Speaker 2 (01:30:51):
Well, it looks like they're not concerned. You know, they're
not concerned about the American people. Because heading back to
this idea of deporting people who are criminals here in
the United States, they're on the planes, they're ready to go,
and they stop that. What why would they do that? Michael, Well,

(01:31:12):
that's it makes you makes you say, what are you thinking?
You want these criminals to say? I mean, it's it's
just nuts the way that they're fighting against Trump on
some of these really common sense things that everybody says.
Of course, we've got it, we you know, we've got
to get rid of these guys.

Speaker 1 (01:31:30):
But but you see.

Speaker 7 (01:31:31):
You've got to take a look at the perspective now
that they know that we know, okay, they don't want
that narrative out there, and so they are doing everything
possible to derail the administration, to cause it to fail,
so that it to turn the opinion of the American people.
It's not just they're usually they have two factors that

(01:31:51):
they've implemented here in the last two weeks. They're using
all their activist judicial appointees and they've got a roll index. Hey,
trust me, they've had decades of Democratic presidents that have
added those those benches for quite some time. Then they've
also got their allies on Wall Street and they're trying
to bring us an economically panic mode so that people

(01:32:15):
will say, oh, you're affected by pocketbook as well. You know,
suddenly I don't think I like Trump anymore. I don't
like what's going on. Let's turn on. And the reason
why they want to do this on desperately is because
in twenty twenty six they want to regain control of
the house in the city and then basically shut them
out all the way.

Speaker 1 (01:32:28):
And that's as you shut him out all the way.

Speaker 7 (01:32:32):
Everything they can do they said no, So they've they've
pulled the trigger. They've activated those two, they've activated the
activist judges, and they've also you saw, you know, on
everything they can do economically. They criticized policies old taarors
won't work. Look at what it's caused them the market
to do you're all going to be broke by in
the morning and then sudden when it gets to turn around,
well that didn't work too well. We'll figure out something else.
We are in a full scale war, the worst it's

(01:32:54):
ever been in our history, to reclaim the very soul
of America, and quite frankly, they're not going to walk away.
They're going to fight till the very last man. And
we expected this. We knew that these were some of
the aces up their sleeves that they had. They're playing
them now. Now the positive for us. You know, there's
only four aces in a stack in a deck, and
I believe they played too and they just played the

(01:33:16):
other two, so that we're getting pretty close to the
end of their ability to play. But ball means are
still in the game.

Speaker 1 (01:33:20):
Folks.

Speaker 2 (01:33:23):
It's just frustrating for us out here in mainstream America.
For eighty percent, I really believe that that we are
the majority thinkers. When you start talking even to people
that will claim to be on the left side, if
you can get to a place where they can see it.
Just that quick little anecdotal thing. My granddaughter came over
to do some work with me on some databases the

(01:33:44):
other day, and she says, what do you want to use?
And I said, well, I want to use the voter
registration rolls from the Secretary of State's office, because you know,
that's where all the vote registered voters are. And as
she downloaded them, she says, you know, Grammy, there's some
errors here. Do you want me to keep correct those?
Do you want me there's duplicates? Do you want me
to correct those? And I said, you know, I don't.

(01:34:06):
I don't, but I said, I said, you believe it
the way it is. But I said, it's interesting to me.
You haven't even been working with this database for fifteen
minutes and you're already seeing why I'm running for that
office is because this is there. And that's the kind
of stuff that we're seeing with Trump. He puts it
out there. You say, right, this is what has to happen.

(01:34:28):
And then it comes a flood of you think these
people must be crazy, but they're not. It's what you're saying,
they're not crazy.

Speaker 7 (01:34:36):
No, And let me give you all some further insight
about I'm sure your listeners want to know. Let's talk
about those people for just a moment. Those are not
your neighbors Sharon Rick. Those are hired heads. We know
that now because we are tracking where the money comes from.
We plan on issuing indictments for domestic cares of what
these investigations are completed. But here's what's surprising that we
learned Yester, Sunday and Monday is a lot of these

(01:35:00):
tear uh I call them domestic terrorists, which is what
they are are, not just funny. We always used to say, oh,
that's George Soros. Well, yes, Soros is evolved. But one
of the biggest players that we found out its involved
now is the CCP, the Communist Chinese Party. That is
a direct attack on American sovereignty and World War two.
We would have lost a preemptive to strike against them
for having a challenge American sovereignty to beginning. Of course,

(01:35:23):
we're not at that stage in this country right now.
I'm not saying we should be, but we need to
be aware there is an all out global attack on
destroying this country, which is why you know what you
just said. They are going after our election integrities, they're
going after our economy. They're usually judicial activists. Let's talk
about what they've done within the executive branch. It's something
that I get to ask all the Time's all about

(01:35:43):
the Epstein files were just a minute, you know, the
Epstein files were Yes, we're gonna make sure we release
everything hand Bondy was on board, so it was cash
and then okay, I'm going to release it tomorrow. Well,
she releases two hundred pages of what had been delivered
to her, which was actually two hundred pages that are
being big public sometime ago, just simply the flat logs.

(01:36:04):
And then we had Insider what's the blow of information saying, uh,
that's probably about a tenth of what's there. There's thousands
and thousands of pages at the Southern District's office, who,
by the way, James Comey's system, I mean daughter works there,
and you know James Kobe is. Now this is not
public either, but I'm making the public. Now's other investigation
by the Bureau. We're due to full skill investigation in

(01:36:26):
him and Hillary and other things as well. Other people
who will be forward to heard those indictments. But so
we went and got through files. They still they moved
the files. They didn't bring him to headquarters, dumb oversight.
They left him in New York. Then they decided Okay,
we're gonna make this stuff public because we said we're
gonna make a public However, let's make sure now this
makes sense to begin with, Let's make sure that we

(01:36:47):
have retracted or any victims. You don't want some young
girl with this appenedude getting a microphone stuck in her
face and bringing out makes sense. So Cash says, Okay,
we're gonna move forward on doing that. Agents guess what
they're doing with it. We just discovered this is good.
This is just obviously stop curious, and so is Cash,
and so is PAN. What they're doing is they're saying, okay, well,

(01:37:09):
I'm just use an example, sharing with the victim. We're
gonna eliminate her. Well, then the assailant doesn't have any
didn't do anything now because it's no longer a victim,
So we're gonna attract his name is now as well.
So we're gonna give you a list. It has nobody
on it now in the world. I mean, you're supposed
to be a top rated law enforcement agency. Any second
grader knows that just because you don't want to identify

(01:37:30):
the victim doesn't mean the assailant didn't commit a crime.
It's very simple. We just redact your information, but we
show that there is somebody that you that you assaulted
somebody you and we still charge you with the crime.
Why am I stating that? Do you see how we're
wheving to work against our own people. I mean, this
is just extremely frustrated. You've got agencies that we thought,
oh replaced it to the top management and we're good

(01:37:52):
nate working that way. I mean, this corruption goes all
but almost to the bottom floor.

Speaker 1 (01:37:57):
Michael, I'm gonna ask you to help help me out,
help our audience out, because it's I think these decisions
that have come down the pike are good decisions. But
help us understand what the Alien Enemies Act actually is.
What's its say? And how is President Trump able to
get rid of these criminals, these murders, these rapists, these

(01:38:20):
these horrible people. How is he able to use this
Alien Enemies Act to achieve that goal?

Speaker 7 (01:38:28):
Well, you have two factors. Be able to deport whatch
you have or a common deportation, which means you come
in here illegally for you say you claim was sylum,
you get a hearing. You remember under Trump's first president
and under this presidency, you want to ask for hearing.
Thats fine. You don't get to stay in this country
till your hearing comes up. You have to stay in
Mexico wherever it is nearest place that allows you to stay.

(01:38:51):
Then once you're hearing comes up, you be heard and
determine whether you qualify for asylum or not. If you do,
you're allowed to it. If not, you're deported. If you're
here or technical you should have never been here to
begin with. So that's the first way we could do
it through the deportation of second thing is the as
you said, the Aliens Enemies Act, which is part of

(01:39:11):
the War Powers Act that was done two hundred years ago.
Now what is it? State? Here's what's amazing, and you'll
understand how big the battle is. The Act itself states,
at the sole discretion of the Commander in Chief, as
long as we are in a state that's a keyword,
state of war, he has the ability to remove anyone
from this country that he've used as a threat to

(01:39:33):
national security. But what did President Trump do? You'll notice,
before we did anything, we declared these gangs as domestic terrorists,
stated that they were a threat to national security. Now
here's what you did. To said. The difference is in
the old days of World War Two, you had a
country Japan Germany that invaded us, and we declared war

(01:39:53):
on a country. Okay, nowadays things are different. You can't
tell me where all the terrorists are located. They're all
over the world. Declare them as domestic terrorists, which gives
us the ability we are in a state of war,
which gives us an ability to target them anywhere in
the world if we think they're a threat to our
national security. At any stage we think they're a threat
to our national security. Now, Judge Bolesburg took the position that, well,

(01:40:17):
you could only use that Act if, as far as
hughs be, is there a state of war meant that
you had to have Congress, because remember only Congress can
declare war. There's a differenttory state of war and a
declaration of war. His position was, oh, no, you can't
do that unless we are Congress has declared war. I
don't have any documentation that Congress has declared war against

(01:40:38):
any of these organizations. Well, the Supreme Court quickly found.
First of all, the Act itself says that this provision
is not subject to judicial review. In other words, right
there in the law, it says the judges Supreme Court,
nobody can challenge this position. Why is it saying that,
because when you're the commander in chief and you are

(01:40:59):
charged with checking this country, especially if we're in a
state of war, we can't have your decisions questioned as
the commander achieved. You know what that would be like,
we're gonna invade this speech. Well, no you can't. Court
has to's review at first, they decide what you buys,
will just hang it up. And so the court was
very clear the commander in chief has full authority to
do whatever necessary. And that's where they pop fool's word back.

(01:41:19):
But that is what we're looking at. You see, they're
trying to find any angle they can to challenge based
on ridiculous references. He should have known that the articles
stated very clearly it was not a subject to judicial review.
He chose to ignore that part and try to issue
a executive or issue an order recalling and bringing back
those terrorists that were being sent to a sore You

(01:41:41):
notice we didn't paid any attention when they had delivered
them anyway. And then of course he threatened, if you
don't care for my court, I'm gonna bring you back
before this court and hold you in contempt. And that's
when it was delivered to inquietly, not by the media.
So what you go do but issue all the rules
you want to What do you think you're gonna do. Do
you have any executive to bring Marshes over here to
recip President the United States? Of course not. And then

(01:42:04):
of course we immediately appealed to the Supreme Court, who then,
whether you agreed disagree, that really was a black and
white decision. It's black and white. He is not subject
to judicial review. So the Supreme Court, even though there
were four of them that obviously don't know the law,
don't know how to read the law, but very clearly
he said that the Supreme Court was a majority of
five to four, said hey, very clear, it's not subject

(01:42:24):
judicial review of the commander in chief has full authority
to how to engage in wartime operations. This was a
wartime operation. We were dealing with members that were determined
to be domestic kearists. But the reason I mentioned the
first part Rick is if for some reason that had
not gone our way, we were going to move them
away anyway, because they were in violation. They were here
illegally as illegal immigrants. They had already lost their appeals

(01:42:47):
in the in the court system. You know what I
was going to tell you. The other thing that we've
got to consider is there is this big concern among
liberals that anybody that sets foot in this country regards
of your status is behavious corporate Michael.

Speaker 1 (01:43:05):
That's exactly where I wanted to go. I wanted to
talk about the others, the ones that are in part
of trendarrin Wagua or any other formalized gang. When these
people crossed our border illyally without a passport, without a visa,
they broke or loss. A lot of them were apprehended
and they were given court dates. Ninety five percent of
these people never showed up for the court dates. Now,

(01:43:27):
you know, Michael, in my younger days, when I was
a little bit heavier on the foot and drove a
bunch of junkers, I got a few tickets. On one occasion,
I didn't pay that ticket. You know what happened.

Speaker 7 (01:43:38):
The jailed you.

Speaker 1 (01:43:40):
The cops come, they took me down and I had
a post bail, and you know, they made sure I
went to court. But you know, so you've got you
may have a I don't know several thousand of the
of these gangs, but you've got millions of people who
are here illegally that are not part of gangs and
have not shown for their courtdates. Number One, they violated

(01:44:02):
our law by coming here illegally. Number two, they violated
another law by not showing up for their court dates.
They probably violated other laws by working illegally and things
like that. So I'm seeing these these advertisements by Christy
Known who's saying you've got to leave our country. And
what I would love to see is I would love

(01:44:24):
to see the president get on TV. And I saw
them on TV today talking aboucol we're going to go.
We're getting back into the cold business. I would love
to see him get back on TV and say, you
know what, if you're here illegally, if you got a
court date, you got sixty days to get to that court,
and from that point, you've got sixty days to take

(01:44:46):
care of your private whatever you've got to do, and
to leave. And because if we're seeing all this commotion
over these these deporting these gangs, these rapists, these murderers,
these kidnaps, what do you think is going to happen
when we start rounding up those other people who weren't
necessarily part of the gang, those other people who have

(01:45:08):
broken our laws by coming here, broken our laws by
staying here. The President has got to go on TV
and tell these people they've got to go they've got
to go to the court, they've got to register where
they're living, and after that, they've got sixty days to
finalize any private matters and get out.

Speaker 7 (01:45:26):
You're exactly right, regularly where actually look at it a
little different way than what you said. Here's our position.
Show me in the constitution that you cannot be a
citizen of this country and you're guaranteed hevieus corpus. You
decided to go to charge Michael.

Speaker 1 (01:45:42):
In all due respect, the president has got to go
on TV. Just like he goes on and he talks
about the tariffs and other things. He's got to go
on and tell these people they got sixty days, sixty
days to get back to those courts, and after that
another sixty days. And I think that's fair to settle
any any private matters, take care of business, and get

(01:46:05):
out on their own. They have to self deport.

Speaker 7 (01:46:11):
That's part of the plan work. You will see that
the President is going to address this issue, but he's
going to carry this step further. I'm not so sure
we're going to grant you sixty days. And here's the
reason why we have apps. Of course, you know, Joe Biden,
what a professional it is. You want to apply for asylum,
You're welcome to do it online. When your court date
is available. You can come across legally and say by
court date is tomorrow. That's why I'm crossing today. Case

(01:46:34):
should be heard. You either approved and now you don't
have to go back, or you're denied and you go
back across the border. If you're not have a court
date yet, or if you come across and you haven't scheduling,
you're here illegally, period. So I'm not so sure we're
going to grant you the right to have a court hearing.
When you came in this country illegally, it didn't schedule
one the proper way to begin with. You wanted to

(01:46:55):
come in legally, do it right. You come across the
boarder the ports of entry, ask for asylum, then give
me your directions, or from the Biden administration, you could
stay under this administration, you can't stay until your court
data sho.

Speaker 1 (01:47:08):
We set those courts up right on the border, right
on the border. Don't even allow these people to come
into our country. There must be a buffer between the
border and the wall. Have the courts right there. I
don't care if you've got to set up the set
up tents. Have the courts and those tents and not
even let these people come in.

Speaker 7 (01:47:28):
That's objective.

Speaker 1 (01:47:29):
Rick, may have these courts in Mexico. I'm sure we
can rent out of building in Mexico, just like we
have embassies. Have the courts right there.

Speaker 7 (01:47:39):
I would agree that these.

Speaker 1 (01:47:41):
People have got to deport self deport because again, if
it comes to the point where we're rounding people up
the left, the news media are going to how and
the the uninformed, and there's too many Americans who are uninformed.
They're going to say, oh, look how hard, look how

(01:48:01):
callous this man is, and he's going to lose the country.

Speaker 7 (01:48:05):
That's their objective. But quite frankly, Rick, I think we're
gonna this is what we're advising, you know, just the
same thing with the tears. If you've impose the tarrs,
the stock market's going to crash everybody's going to say
that you create a problem and we're going to vote
ja out. But we knew good and well, we're not
worried about creating some additional income for the control. We're
setting a global resetting a global marketplace, doing what's the

(01:48:29):
right thing, and so we determine we're going to do
the right thing. You take the consequences, whatever they may be,
and you'll notice that it is churning around very quickly
in the stock market, and we are bouncing back exceptionally rapidly.

Speaker 1 (01:48:41):
Michael, And think about the stock market. Any losses are
paper losses.

Speaker 7 (01:48:46):
Correct.

Speaker 1 (01:48:47):
If you want a stock that's going down over the
past couple of weeks, that's only a loss if you
panic and sell now. And the history of the stock
market is like an inverted serius. Goes up because down,
it goes up because but it's always the progression upwards.
That's like in the nineteen seventies. I remember when the
stock market was around six or seven hundred. Now summer's

(01:49:10):
forty thousand. You know what I mean. It progresses, it
goes up, goes down, but you only lose when you sell.

Speaker 7 (01:49:18):
Well, they're tying what you're saying Rick. And this is
an important point as well. You know, we've just overed
to the Doe's Commission that we have millions upon millions
of illegal immigrants that are getting tax refunds, and we've
actually got the fact we've got Hewlett Jackson, I'm sure
you familiar with that name, actually are training their employees

(01:49:38):
to help you get those illegal Oh.

Speaker 1 (01:49:41):
My god, well they should go to jail two.

Speaker 7 (01:49:43):
So here's the point. That's just one thing. We can
spend the rest of the next two hours talking about
the problems that illegal living gets bring to this country.
And here's where we're going to do to challenge what
you had just said. You know, I agree with you.
They're going to try to paint us as we begun compacting,
et cetera. But once you understand, but this is an
illegal act, and here's who's paying for it. There's not
the government, You and I are paying for it. I

(01:50:05):
think the American people are going to say, you know what,
we have been abundantly gracious. We have agreed to accept
people all across the world to this country. We have
a process. But if you can't follow the process, then
don't call. And that's why we're going to go ahead
and move forward, regardless of the fact that it maybe
they will try to make it any negative image and
perception wise, and do the right thing. The right thing

(01:50:26):
is if you're a lawbreaker, you're going to be held accountable,
whether you broke the law coming into this country, whether
you broke it as a congressman taking bribes from Ukraine
and USA, whether you've broke it as a judge by
taking payoffs for rulings that favor your planets and your friends.
I don't care what your crime was, You're going to
be held accountable. And that's where we as a country
need to be. Accountability needs to be the phrase of

(01:50:47):
the day.

Speaker 1 (01:50:48):
Well, you know, Michael, we would love to keep you
for another couple hours, but then that Karen lets she
would never let you come on our show again.

Speaker 7 (01:50:56):
Now you might have a point there, Eric, you might
have it. But all the privilege to be with y'all,
and it's so nice to be able to talk to
people who understand the logic. And this is what I'm
telling the American people. I think most Americans do. I
think where we are as a country right now, and
I've been it was just talking with the President. I
think One of the problems that we have that we
need to be very careful of is there is a perception. Now, great,

(01:51:18):
you show me plenty of problems. Don't show me anymore.
Fix the problems that you have. Show me people walking
away in handcuffs and being transported to get both for
military tribunals and quite frankly, folks, if we don't start
delivering that pretty quick, that's gonna be the problem in
twenty twenty six. Nothing else. He becomes close.

Speaker 1 (01:51:37):
Michael. Let's invest USA. Michael, before you go, tell our
listeners and viewers how they could keep track of you.
Read the things that you right find out more about
invest Ussay.

Speaker 7 (01:51:48):
They go to our website, that's i n the eest
USA dot or gets your charity, you'll be able to
keep track of everything. But let me put it one
quick blood. We have asked America's finance. Are true blue
heroes to go out now around up these cartel members,
these child sex traffickers, these terrorists, these rapist and murders
from all across the words. And yet unfortunately they are

(01:52:09):
better armed and protected than our own forces are. That's
not as a blight on the American contest. We can
do better. Rick shared, we can do better, So go
to the website if at all possible. I don't care
if you only do any fifty cents. Do what you
can to show our true heroes that we are standing
united as a country behind them to accomplish the end objective,
just like you said with the Terroristsay, maybe it's a

(01:52:31):
rocky a few days, but at the end of the day,
by the time the mission is done, we're gonna have
a great country again, I promise you.

Speaker 1 (01:52:37):
Michael Letz, we want to thank you, We want to
thank Karen.

Speaker 7 (01:52:42):
She he's listening.

Speaker 1 (01:52:44):
Michael Letz, thank you so much for joining us. Take
care and as always, God blessed.

Speaker 7 (01:52:49):
God, bless you, God bless America. Great days are lying
in front of us. Let's just seize them.

Speaker 1 (01:52:53):
I agree, I agree. And you are listening to and
watching The Conservative Commanders with Sharon Angle. I'm Rick Trader.
Go nowhere, Sharon, and I'll be back with someone more
news and commentary right after this break.

Speaker 15 (01:53:18):

Speaker 1 (01:56:09):
Welcome back to the Conservative Commanders Radio Show with Sharon
Angle and your truly Rick Trader, coming to you from
the Mike Pillar Studios and Maestre Studios of the au
n TV networking share. We had a couple of great
guests today. Would you thank them?

Speaker 2 (01:56:24):
Yes, we did in our first guest, but I want
to thanks Dan Snyder. He's currently the vice president of
Free Speech America m MARC Business and the External Affairs Division.
We talked to our Dan about meta and fact checking
and how they are just completely moving away from it.

(01:56:45):
They say they're they're not going to have fact checking anymore.
They're going to go to a different format where they
are at least telling the truth about their opinion. They're
calling it community notes, and they're just going to tell
us what their opinion is. As it doesn't mean there's
going to be less censorship, doesn't mean that they're going
to be any more balanced in the way that they

(01:57:09):
talk about things that are posted there at Facebook and
the different platforms, but at least they're not calling them facts.
Are thankful they're telling the truth, at least on that point.

Speaker 1 (01:57:22):
It should be a free flowing stream of people's opinions
and thoughts. You be the fact checker. You be the
fact checker. If I do it all the time, Sharon,
people send me stuff and I research it before I
want to talk about it or share it. I'm my
own fact checker, right And there are things that people

(01:57:43):
send to me that I wish we're true, and doing
a little research find out they're not. And if they're
not true, I don't want to spread a false rimor.
Our integrity here at AU and TV Conservative Commanders is
very important, very important. So I'd like to have a
little bit of backup when I report on something, when
I talk about something, when we have a guest on

(01:58:04):
when we have a conversation here, I want to be
able to back.

Speaker 2 (01:58:09):
That up with that absolutely well. I want to thank
our second guest who always backs up his opinions with fact,
and that's Michael Latts, who's the founder, president and CEO
of invest USA. We talked to Michael today about the
Supreme Court and then we went into all areas of
actually the Department of Justice. I would believe that is

(01:58:33):
where Michael's expertise really lies is in injustice. And he
talked to us about several different issues besides what's going
on in the Supreme Court, and gave us a little
inside picture into the Supreme Court, what makes him tick
and what motivates many of their decisions. I'm really grateful

(01:58:53):
to both Van Snyder and Michael Letz for making our
show wonderful.

Speaker 1 (01:58:57):
But for right now, we are out of time. Is
that we got a Ryland. We've got to go take
care of godless and you bet you're going to see
us tomorrow. That'll be on TV and on radio.
