Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome back everybody. We're going to continue doing our podcast now.
We had a little bit of a break, but today
we're actually going to be looking at the pull floating perverts. Yes,
it's kind of a strange story, aren't they all? That's
why you're coming to this podcast. This was about a
man who admitted sexually gratifying himself with pool floats, and
he actually pled it guilty to a month long burglary

(00:24):
splee burglary spree that netted him dozens of inflatable partners.
Not even kidding. Who's forty one year old named Christopher
Monin confessed over to the Brevard County Sheriff's Department. I
believe it is over in Florida, doesn't surprise you. I know.

(00:44):
While such fell in the convictions carry stiff maximum prisons,
Moanin's plea deal resulted in the downward departure from that.
He requires specialized treatment for a mental disorder that is
unrelated to substance abuse or addiction, which makes sense. It's
probably some kind of psychotic episode, possibly skits. He's a
little older forty one. The judge sentenced moan into two

(01:05):
years of community control and intensive form of probation that
compares to house arrest. He will then be placed on
standard probation for eight additional years. He was also fined
for eight hundred and fifty eight hundred and forty dollars
and sent and spent eight months in the county jail
before we were being released on bond. Moanin's case dragged

(01:25):
on for years. It began on a call around one
thirty in the morning about a suspicious person arrest by
Palm Bay police. This cop spotted Moanin riding a bicycle
and carrying a white garbage bag full of what he
identified as deflated pool floats, not even titning it. Since
Palm Bay had been plagued with burglaries in which the
suspect cuts the screen or otherwise enters a victims backpool

(01:46):
area and steals only pool floats, Moaning was a defense
identified as a prime suspect, right but easy slam dunk case.
He had about a dozen separate reports about pool float burglaries.
During the questioning, Monen reportedly admitted burglarizing several residencies and
swiping many floats. Monin directed investigators to a vacant house
across the street, where he stored the stolen floats. The

(02:10):
report says the cop found about seventy five pool floats
in the house, so there are all different types of
pool floats. It was unbelievable really. Monin, whose home did
not have a pool, reportedly told police that he sexually
gratified himself with the floats and does this instead of
raping women. Moanin had been convicted of burglary, theft, loitering

(02:34):
and prowling and violating probation. So another wild story. But
like we said, we're back, so hopefully you'll enjoy these
podcasts as we get these wild and crazy stories. Thanks

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
