Let's get started. Well, it'sa whole new year and we're going
to restart this podcast up. Andwe started getting a lot of listeners downloading

about a year. So we're backnow, so hopefully we'll be able to
provide you I don't know if wecan provide you daily, but hopefully weekly
crime. I'm not going to putany fixed amount per week. I don't
want to waste you with the uselesspodcasts. So if we see a story,
it may be one, two,three episodes in a week. It

dumb stories we see about criminals outthere. So again you'll be I would

hear with some of the dumb thingsthat people do, at least criminals do.

showed up at yates lakeland Land homeat around two forty five after getting a
tip that he was holed up inside. When the deputies arrived, they notice
a note written on a dry eraseboard in front of a window. Johnny

never lied to us before? Shouldwe believe it? But he's asked the
deputy's question someone leaving the house whoconfirmed that Yates was inside. But after

the cops had to take it tothe next level was enough. When the
surrender smoke was dispensed, deputies calledout some more, but still no response,
So the second helping of surrender smokewas dispensed, yet still no response
was it true that he wasn't there. Finally, the deputies and the canine

entered the house and he was hidingin a modified chest of drawers. Johnny
was arrested and taken to jail.He was not arrested for perjury in this case.
