Una mia allieva mi ha raccontato di relazionarsi con gli altri proprio con questa modalità.
Che siano amici o il compagno, sente spontaneo prendersi cura di loro. Solo che alla fine sente che le persone si prendono ciò che devono prendersi e vanno via. E lei si sente usata e delusa.
Insieme ci siamo resi conto di un meccanismo che per lei è stato importantissimo da vedere: tende a fare la mamma.
E se tu fai la mamma (o il papà), sai cosa trovi dall'altra parte?
Dei figli. Figli di cui prenderti cura.
Se poi sono "adolescenti", con vite complesse, matrimoni in parallelo e mille altre storie, sono sempre distratti dallo stare con te.
Quando senti che magari ci sono, l'attimo dopo non ci sono più.
Accorgerti del ruolo che hai nelle relazioni e di come si comporta l'altro di conseguenza è il primo passo per comprendere cosa fare di diverso.
