DOWIT #3 How to Win in All Phases Playing a College Sport

The Phill Simms North-South High School All Star Football Classic hosted at Kean University is the biggest all star game in New Jersey where the North and South battled it for state pride. We were fortunate to be asked to give both teams a pre-game speech before the game. Over the past 30 years it has been an ongoing conversation who has better talent, the North or the South, so this game has a ton of history behind it. Many players in this game go off to have decorated college careers and some have made it to the NFL. The pre-game speech was a message to all athletes about the process of what to expect at the next level and how to navigate your way through college to having a successful career.
