Speaker 2 (00:41):
Your health question.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
The tone free number to ask Doctor Martin a health
question or to make a health related comment is eight
hundred six oh six eighty eight twenty two. Eight hundred
six oh six eighty eight twenty two. That's eight hundred
six zero six eighty eight twenty two. It's the Doctor
Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Welcome and thank you so much for joining us today
on the Doctor Bob Martin Show. I'm doctor Adam Brockman,
and folks, what if the most powerful painkiller for your
knees isn't sitting behind a pharmacy counter, but waiting at
the end of your shoelaces, and today I want to
give you something better than a prescription, and that's a plan.
So for you, if stairs feel like Mount Everest and

(01:23):
your morning walk has turned into a negotiation, stay with
me for the next few minutes because the science is clear.
The answer isn't to stop moving, it's to move smarter.
But first, if you'd like to connect with us, our
toll free hotline is eight hundred six zero six eight
eight two two. That's eight hundred six zero six eight
eight two two. And for all our listener resources, they

(01:45):
are available at doctor bob dot com. That's spelling out
the word doctor doct o r bob dot com again,
that's eight hundred six zero six eight eight two two
or doctor bob dot com. And also later this hour
we're going to be joined by a special guest I
invited back to talk to you about how you can
move better throughout your life. So you want to stick
around for that. So, folks, this landmark medical review, and

(02:10):
we're talking about over two hundred clinical trials and more
than fifteen thousand people found that structured, low impact aerobic
exercise can cut knee arthritis pain and restore function. More
effectively than many medications. So not more pills, but more
movement and done the right way. And the champions for

(02:33):
this are they're surprisingly accessible. We're talking about warm water exercise,
recumbent cycling, biking, and brisk walking. And you want to
know why these because they give you the trinity of relief,
less impact, better lubrication and stronger support. Think of movement
as nature's joint oil. When you move aerobically, you circulate

(02:57):
synovial fluid. That's the slicks up that helps the cartilage glide,
and it also helps you strengthen the scaffolding around the joint,
so every step feels more stable and folks, here's the beauty.
You don't need to be an athlete or own fancy equipment.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
You need a.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
Plan and a promise to yourself. So start with a
talk test intensity. And when I say that, it means
when you're exercising you can speak in full sentences without gasping.
I want you to aim for five days a week,
about forty five to sixty minutes in total.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
Don't panic.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
You can split it into two or three mini sessions
if you need to, and progress by just about ten
percent each week. In other words, consistency beats heroics. Three
twenty minute walks will always outperform one weekend suffer fest.
And if your knees are tender, I'm starting to pool

(03:55):
the buoyancy. It takes the load off while your muscles
do the work. And if you prefer wheels, use a
recumbent bike and set your seat so that your knee
has a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
And if walking is your style, lace up supportive shoes,
retire them after a few hundred miles and walk with purpose,

(04:18):
swing in your arms and standing tall. And if you
need extra stability in a calorie burn, tried Nordic walking
and that means with poles and use your core and
your arms to share the load. And it gives your
knees a break. So, folks, again, the study is important
to note that just slight aerobic movement can help you tremendously.

(04:39):
So let's come up with a step by step blueprint
your knees. Their remarkable shock absorbers the cartilage lines the joint.
It acts like a smooth, lubricated pad between the bones.
In oriste arthritis, the cushion starts to thin the bone
surfaces they become closer in friction increases, inflammation starts and

(05:05):
it flares up and the cycle accelerates, basically like a
door hinge that's gone dry, and if left unmanaged it
it can lead to the structural changes like bone spurs, ligment,
laxative laxity, in altered gate patterns. And if you're looking
at the functional limitations, we're talking about the walking speed

(05:25):
starts to decrease, and then it is that activity starts
to fade. The cardiovascular risk climbs. So there's also emotional
toll that chronic knee pain is linked with higher rates
of depression in social withdrawal, the pain isolates and movement
starts to reconnect. So across this high quality research, there
were three themes that emerge that make aerobic exercise the

(05:48):
gold standard. And we're talking about pain modulation, where people
report substantially greater pain relief with aerobic exercise compared to
strength training alone. That rhythm movement promotes endorphin release and
that's your body's built in analgesics. It doesn't have any
dependency risk like medication. It also helps to preserve your cartilage.

(06:12):
That cycling and that water exercise increases synovial fluid movement,
which nourishes that cartilage. In this gentle repeated loading, it
stimulates the cells to maintain that cartilage so they do
their job more efficiently. There's also functional restoration that like
water aerobics and cycling, they improve that your own stair climbing,

(06:36):
your balance, and your walking endurance. So whether the exercise
is the same or not, it can also improve that
balance and that walking endurance. These compliant individuals, they often
seen endurance rise as much as a one point five
times their baseline. And as one researcher put it, aerobic
exercise is the WD fourty for your joints. The translation,

(07:00):
if you lubricate, it stabilizes and it restores. So if
we're talking about all motion is lotion, but the some
kinds they're kinder to your knees, and I suggest you
start or restart these. So let's break it into a
couple of tiers. Tier one is for maximum benefit, and
we're talking again about aquatic therapy. That buoyancy reduces the

(07:23):
joint load dramatically, so warm water also calms the pain
and it eases eases the motion. The lubrication between those
joints and again recumbent cycling. It promotes fluid knee flexion
and it's a minimal impact and it stabilizes your posture
and Nordic walking. Those poles engage the core in the

(07:45):
upper body to offload the knees while they improve the
posture in the stride biomechanics. So let's move on to
tier two. And this has moderate benefit and we're talking
about tai chi. It boosts that appropriate reception and the balance,
and it eases your fear of movement and yoga. It
restores flexibility in the hips and ankles. It proves the

(08:07):
knee tracking in the joint alignment. So if you're looking
for a training prescription, let's look at the science in
how we can put it into your schedule. Again, I
said frequency would be about five days a week. If
we can look at a forty five to sixty minutes
of total. Again, you can break these into two or

(08:28):
three mini sessions. And as far as intensity goes, do
that talk test if you can converse comfortably and if
you can increase your weekly duration by about ten percent
to avoid these flare ups and consistency always trump's intensity.
Your knees, they love those regular deposits more than those

(08:49):
occasional windfalls. So again, structured exercise is this keystone habit
in the study. We also know that structure exercise, it
helps our sleep quality, It improves improves sleep, It creates
a positive feedback loop for recovery. It starts to cause
a anxiety to diminish. And this is comparing to low

(09:13):
dose pharmacological studies and the social connection it grows in
group settings, the water classes, the walking groups, the taichi groups.
That social connection is important in this. So every transformation
begins with a single, well planned step. So if you're
looking at this from a of a perspective of muscle soreness,

(09:36):
that's typically a green light. But if you know if
your body has more changes than that, some of the
yellow flags of the pain lasts more than two hours
after exercise, Are they worsen overnight and you have morning
stiffness that escalates, and you have swelling that restricts your
knee bends, Maybe maybe need to take it back just
by reducing duration about twenty to thirty percent and lowering

(09:56):
that intensity. So again, folks, if we're looking at this
in two to three weeks, many people will notice just
the small aerobic exercise, increase smoother first steps in the morning,
less catch or hesitation when standing from a chair, and
improve confidence on stairs and curves. So again, your knees
respond to what you do repeatedly, not what you do occasionally.

(10:19):
Commit to five small appointments for yourself, and if you're
new to this, starting a pool or on a recumbent bike.
And if your season, lace up and walk with purpose.
Fill the habit, log the winds, and let the progress
speak for itself. And every step you take today preserves
countless future steps. Your knees may grumble at first, but

(10:39):
with intelligent training, they'll send you thank you notes for decades.
All right, folks, So again, we're going to come back
with a special guest. After the break. You're going to
want to stick around. He's going to lead it into
this conversation even further. You're listening to the Doctor Bob
Martin Show.

Speaker 5 (11:00):
Have you ever felt like something's wrong inside your body
but no doctor can explain it. You wake up tired,
your thoughts are foggy, your energy's gone, and you don't
know why. What if it's a clog lymphatic system, parasites,
leaky gut, food sensitivities, viruses, fungi, heavy metals, mold, even
emf stress scrambling your biofile. These invisible forces create a

(11:21):
cluster effect, and no one's ever told you. That's why
we created the AI wellness analysis from BackStar and antiagingbed
dot Com. Using just your hair and nail sample, the
BackStar bioscanner with aipowered analysis reveals your top five weakest
organs and your top five microbial threats. Normally five five
to ninety nine dollars, now only on ninety nine dollars

(11:43):
is part of this month's special, and with any purchase
of five hundred dollars or more, we'll apply that one
hundred and ninety nine dollars toward your order. This is
the future of medicine. This is the BackStar Effect. Visit
antiagingbed dot com or call one eight hundred three eighty
five four two four three. Today healing doesn't come and.

Speaker 3 (12:10):
You look good.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
You are good for faithful.

Speaker 3 (12:29):
Welcome back to the Doctor Bob Martin Show, where we
believe your best years are still ahead if you give
your body the right inputs. And today we're gonna talk
about healing smarter. How to move better, hurt less, and
avoid that revolving door of surgeries whenever safe impossible. And
my guest today is Grant Townsend. He is the CEO
of nuva Cell that is a provider only transdermal stem

(12:53):
cell cream. It's designed to support your body's natural regenta processes.
So I wanted to introduce Grant. He's a he's been
on the show several times. He's we get a lot
of questions on the Nuvasel stem cell product. But again
I want to welcome Grant. He's a man who's turned
adversity into innovation and he's lived through the hard truth

(13:14):
of athletic injury and he's transformed it into a mission
to help others find real answers. Grant was a former
Division one basketball standout and he saw his playing days
come to an end after multiple surgeries, months of rehab
in that devastating verdict, You'll just have to live with
the pain, and so Grant refused to accept that as

(13:35):
his future and he explored regenda of medicine. His experience
with stem cell therapy became this turning point and he
helped him to reclaim his function in his quality of life.
So Grant he started to blend this elite competitor's mindset
with an engineer's perspective in this precision and he Grant
and then he set out to build a better path.

(13:58):
He found a Neuvasell biologics to it's Regenave solutions and
designed to be effective, ethical and accessible to everyone without
that sticker shock or the insurance hurdles that too many, uh,
too many fine that happens with Regenda medicine. So with that,
I want to welcome Grant Towns into the Docs Doctor

(14:18):
Bob Martin show. Grant, it's great to have you back.
How are you doing today.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
Doctor Brockman. I'm doing very well. Thank you again for
for having me on the show. Obviously, always always excited
to come on here and talk and always gives me
a rold of. You give me better introductions than than
I deserve. But you know, especially when you hit on
our mission, writer, our mission and dubis, I get so
passionate about it. So it's always fun for me to
talk talk about you know, what we're doing and just

(14:44):
trying to make Regina medicine and in stem cell technology
more more accessible to the public, more public publicly known,
publicly known and uh and just a better option for
people learning from my past experiences as you as you
hit on and you know, we'll talk a little bit
about today. So I was excited and always happy to
be here.

Speaker 3 (15:02):
Yeah, yeah, And Grant, I wanted to bring you back
because I got a lot of questions on this I did.
I did the story on Tiger Woods a few weeks
ago about how he had his seventh back surgery and uh.
And so I want to start with with your with
your opinion on that. Let's start with this the Tiger
Woods example. So this media coverage, it highlighted his multiple
back surgeries again, it was seven over the last few

(15:23):
years and uh. And it was talking about his collapsed
L four L five disc and uh. And basically, I
think there's doubts of him having a professional comeback at
this point, let alone walking eighteen holes and you know
he's only forty nine. So so without speculating on his
private medical details, what is this cultural reflex of cut first,

(15:48):
ask questions later?

Speaker 2 (15:51):
It's, man, it's it's it's an epidemic really when you
look at it right, and it's and it's something that
really gets me riled up because it's it's what I
went through a person. And I know I've talked about
my experiences with with my failed back surgery on the
on the show before, but you know, when you look
at Tiger Wood's seven failed back surgeries, the first thing
that comes to my mind is, you know, after the

(16:13):
second third field back surgery, why keep going back? Right?
I mean I feel like there's a there's a level
of of, hey, this hasn't worked the first three times,
maybe I should try something different. But then when you
really look at the root cause, and and this is
from my own personal experience, is h it's not It's
in my opinion's not Tiger Wood's fault, right, it's the

(16:35):
system that we put in place. And I experienced this firsthand,
right where uh, going through the judicial medicine system. Uh,
you know, these back surgeries are are lifted to like
a different level, right where people think that the back
surgery is is the miracle intervention that's going to cure
all my pain, and and for some reason, it's publicized

(16:57):
by that, but then when you go through it, it's
it's not the case. And that's what happened to me
in my experience, right, especially being you know, a collegian athlete, right,
particularly in athletics, surgeries are are you know, are very
very common.

Speaker 6 (17:09):
Right.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Obviously there's some other factors in that you need to
recover quickly and get back to the field quicker, but
that's that's always the first option. When in professional supports
collegiate supports, people think all right, surgery, surgery, surgery, and
there there just needs to be this this education and
this is this is part of our mission here at News.
It's it's education, right, there are other options to try
first before immediately going in to invas the surgeries. And

(17:33):
you know the data that we're starting to see now,
and I know we've talked about this on the show
as well. You know, studies suggesting that you know, eighty
percent of people who go through back surgery actually didn't
need to write unnecessary backsturgeries. I think we talked about
some stats about about that there's estimated ten billion dollars
UH wasted on on on backsturgeries in the in the

(17:54):
US alone, right, And when you really you know, dig
into some of the numbers on this, I mean, it's just, uh,
it's it's mind blowing to me that this is not
more talked about that people aren't opening their eyes to this,
but that's safe. That's what we're here for.

Speaker 3 (18:10):
Right, Yeah, absolutely, And Grant, you made mentioned that you
were a high level athlete Division one basketball player, and
and again you know you alluded to that a little bit,
but what was what was that turning point for you
exactly when you said, Hey, you know I had I
had a surgery, I don't feel exactly the best that
I should. Let let me see how I can how

(18:32):
I can flip this and how did how did nuvasel
come come about? So, yeah, my story started, you know,
put it early on when I was I believe I
was in high school. I was around seventeen when I
first when I first hurt my back.

Speaker 2 (18:46):
And uh, you know, I was able to initially get
back pointing without without any major you know, surgical inventions.
That then I you know, I hurt my back again
and basically ended up going through a four year stretch
of having one surgery every year. I had two laboring
surgeries on my on my right shoulder, torn laborum. I
had a hand surgery, broke my second met a tarsal

(19:07):
on my hand, had three screws put in there, and
then I ended up having a back surgery, and I
could have kept me on my oh four oh five
disc to you know, cut that building piece of disc
out and uh it was you know, it's you know,
even though what I what I you know, just talked
about how you know, after the third fourth time, you think, okay,
this doesn't work. Well. You know, it took me four

(19:27):
surgeries to find my senses, and I was asked after
my my uh, I had a back surgery and a
sold shoulder surgery, and then I retore my labor him again.
I had a second shoulder surgery, and then when coming
back from my skepping shoulder surgery, trying to get back playing,
I started having back issues again because of you know
what they had to do with the shoulder surgery to

(19:48):
tighten everything up right. And then once that started happening,
I was like, all right, this is this is too much.
I'm descrowing my body. I'm going to regret this ten
twenty years from now and I can't walk anymore. I've
got a you know, I've got to figure out how
to how to actually you know, keel and not keep
having a surgery every year. And that's ultimately what it
ended up, you know, cutting my my career short. And

(20:10):
it was after the fact, you know that I really
started digging into different modalities on how to heal naturally,
and I tried everything right, hyperbaric chambers, shockwave, laser, physical therapy, chiropractor,
you named it, I did it all. And then once
I finally got exposed to to stem cells science and
that's that's when my back really began to heal. After

(20:32):
I've been in you know, pain for ten plus years,
and I just I always think back and I wish
I would have known now what I've known then because
it most likely would have extended my my basketball career
and you know and saved me a lot of turmoil
in my life.

Speaker 4 (20:49):
Yeah, absolutely absolutely, And.

Speaker 2 (20:52):
Yeah, so yeah that that's just add to that and
ultimately that's you know, that's that's why NUBASL was founded, right,
That's that's that's our mission here is is from my
personal struggles and and and what I've dealt with that
I don't want people to go through that. You know.
Our mission is to is to help as many people
as we can. That's why we developed moba cell, and
that's why we're we're you know, trying to educate and

(21:14):
and network as much as possible to teach more people
about what we know now and how you know, stem
cells science can can really get down to the to
the celluar level and you know, uh, influence regeneration.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
Yeah, yeah, and granted, and I want to get into
that a little bit more after after the break, about
what neuvasel is and uh exactly and uh and how
accessible it is and and maybe even how how you
can help listeners can find nuvasell uh and so so.
Grant again, I want you to hate tight just a second.
We're gonna come in back after break and discuss this

(21:51):
a little bit further. You're listening to the Doctor Bob
Martin Show.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
Are you waiting for the right?

Speaker 5 (22:00):
Excuse you leading shoes, leading the times?

Speaker 4 (22:08):
Money, please.

Speaker 7 (22:19):
Find time.

Speaker 3 (22:24):
Money, Welcome back to you're listening to the Doctor Bob
Barton Show. I'm doctor Adam Brockman and doctor Bob and
I we're all about helping you thrive naturally and teaching
you to become your own best doctor most of the time.
And remember, if you've got questions about your health, you
can give us a call at our toll free hotline.
That's eight hundred six zero six eight eight two two. Again,
that's eight hundred six zero six eight eight two to two.

(22:47):
That's where you'll find doctor Bob and I and we're
here to help you unlock your best self.

Speaker 2 (22:51):
Again.

Speaker 3 (22:51):
That's eight hundred six zero six eight eight two two.
All Right, we're talking with Grant Townsend. He is the
CEO of Nuvasel Biologics. It's a topical stem cell cream
and today and again, Grant's been a show favorite. We
definitely get a lot of questions on Nuvasil, So let's
just start with what what is nuvasil?

Speaker 2 (23:08):
Grant? Yeah, So the start off, you know, neuva cells.
It's a it's a pretty new product, right, There's there's
really nothing else, uh like it on the market. And
what we've done is is for the listeners who are
familiar with stem cell injections, there's one of the leading
sources of of these type of regenda medicine injections are
our mesol chymal stem cells derived from don't need an

(23:30):
a built cord tissue all. You know, ethical we've done
within those states per you know, FD registered labs all that.
So what we do is we take that those same ingredients.
Using the injectable is really focused on the exosomes of
those mesol chymal stem cells, which is what the stem
cells secretes. And I know we talked quite a bit
about that the exosome really being the future of Regenitan
medicine right as the as a self free uh product,

(23:54):
and we in case those exosomes and lipid nanoparticles to
stabilize them, form it into a topical cream with some
natural transdermal ingredients that can penetrate through the skin and
get into the joints. So essentially, in a simple terms, right,
if you're getting the same benefits as as the injectables,
but within an easily applied topical cream. And there's there's
a lot of different ways that we see new VISO

(24:15):
being used. We see it, you know, being combined with
different modalities, whether it be shockway, red light therapy, or
even stem cell injections as well as kind of the
take home therapy to keep you know, emphasizing that that's
how your regeneration we see it, you know, you standalone,
right to help people with our creaty cases in various
things like that. But yeah, in a sense, it's a

(24:35):
it's a you know, topical, like we said, drendsdermal stem
cell cream mm hmmm.

Speaker 3 (24:40):
And then so grant if if listeners want to find
new vasil, how how can they go about doing that?

Speaker 2 (24:49):
The new cel is only sold through healthcare providers. We
have a growing network of healthcare providers throughout the country.
You know, as we know, we're a pretty new company
but growing pretty fast as people are, you know, finding
out that the great benefits of neuva sel. So you know,
step one, you can go to our website that's neuvosale
Biologics dot com and u v O C E L

(25:09):
L B I O L O G I c S
dot com and go to our finder Provider tool and uh,
you know, you can search for providers in your area.
If a provider doesn't show up, it will give you
a option to give us your info or recommend a
local provider. Can It'll give you that option as well.
And basically we can we can help you try to
find a provider. Additionally, if you don't have a provider

(25:31):
in your area, you can actually reach out to doctor
Brockman and the and the doctor Bob Martin show. We
have we have an option there for patients who don't
have providers in the area because we just we want
to make sure that everyone has a has an availability
to to get the product, and then doctor Bob will
find a provider or you'll recommend you through one of
the providers in their in their network to get us

(25:52):
a kit sent to you guys. So that's those are
the main ones right now. Obviously we're we're very focused
on growing our provider network. So you know, if you're listening,
if if you're you know a patient who you know
knows a provider, and you want to recommend this to them,
please go ahead send them, send them our website, make
a recommendation. If you are provider listening, go to our website.

(26:13):
There's an option on top there. You know I'm a provider,
you can go in and apply for an account there
and we'll review that and get in touch with you
and we'd be happy to answer any other questions you
guys have.

Speaker 3 (26:26):
H Well, thanks for that grant, and again folks, nuwassel
is uh it's only through providers. So again, if you
are a patient of a of a chiropractor or a
physical therapist, a uh an acupuncturist, a medical doctor, a nurse,
practitioner and uh, and they don't offer Nuvasel in the practice.
You can you can ask them, tell them about it.

Speaker 7 (26:49):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (26:49):
See, if they're interested in all they got to do
is go over to Nuvassell Biologics and fill out the
provider form. And uh. Also, if you need more help
on that, just head over to Nuvasel Biologics dot com
or you can you can go over to doctor Bob
dot com and click on the Nuvasel link. We'll be
able to gladly help you set up in with Anuvasel

(27:09):
and Grant. All right, Grant, So again, I initially opening
the show, I was talking about knee pain and how
a lot of times the best best medicine for that
is through movement. And if if we have you know,
listeners out there that that have painful movement, you know,
I think nuvasl might be an option for them to

(27:30):
get them, get them out there and getting active again.

Speaker 2 (27:33):
You know.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
Again, we're in the middle of this longevity movement, and
we're not talking about just the life span. We're talking
about the movement span, the quality of life, how well
you move into sixty, seventy eighty and more. And there's
going to be seventy six million boomers in that sixty
to eighty range, and that demand for these safe, effective

(27:55):
tools is growing. And how does Nuvasel fit into that.

Speaker 2 (28:00):
Yeah, definitely, I mean and sure I think new sol
can help play a large part in that. And and
you hit on it a huge topic right now in
our society, and I think there's always a there's always
a phrase out here. I think it's from either you
or or doctor Bob that I love. Right, It's it's
you know, the focus is on adding not just adding
years to your life, but adding meaningful years to your life,

(28:20):
adding healthy years to your life. Right, and movement is
key in that. And you know, like you said, right
with the boomer generation, uh, you know estimated around seventy
six million people sixty to eighty. Uh, there's there's a
strong focus on, you know, how can I stay active,
stay mobile later into my life so I can keep
doing the things I love, whether it's tennis or golf

(28:43):
or pick a ball or basketball. Right, And and that's
something we're highly highly focused on at Neuviasil, and it's
really puayed a big part into how we've developed the
product as well. You know, one of the one of
the you know, the you know other academics we're seeing
in our societ you, right, is because of this large
aging population, there is extremely you know high increased rates

(29:06):
of you know, degenerative cases off dor threat is degenerative
disc you know, and that lead to things like joint replacements,
theory replacements, hip replacements, shou replacements, extremely invasive procedures that
you know, people have to go down for months on
end and they may never move again like they did before. Great. So, uh,

(29:26):
it's a you know, it's a it's a growing you
know concern. And when you see there's a couple of things.
It's not just the aging population rate. It's also with
the rise of obesity, you're putting more stress on joints,
which is leading to more degeneration, which is, you know,
causing inflammation, which then causes more uster athriatis.

Speaker 7 (29:42):
Right.

Speaker 2 (29:42):
It's a it's a circular effect that kind of goes
around and round, and you know, so that's when you
look at the science of of of our product and
what it does. It's you know, not only supporting cellular regeneration,
but it attacks inflammation, right, and that's that's two parts,
you know, attacking inflammation and then you know it's tacking that.
That's how your a generation to help, whether it's you know,

(30:02):
regrow cartilage or disc base or whatever whatever it is.
And the most important thing about that is doing it
not invasively, because you know, especially with our boomer generation,
when you get into the sixties, seventies, eighties and you
have an active person that maybe goes down for an
invasive surgery for two weeks, they may not they may

(30:23):
not get back to the same level they were before. Right,
that could be detrimental for people. I don't seen it
firstand right, it could be very detrimental for people. So
so giving people an option to where they can they
can you know, get out of pain and get back
to their you know, uh uh activity levels, not at
least about down time. That's you know, that's what we're
all about.

Speaker 3 (30:44):
That's a nav of cell difference. Yes, yeah, folks, we're

It's available twenty four to seven at doctor bob dot com. Okay,
let's get back in today's conversation with Grant Towns and

(35:14):
again he's the CEO of Nuvasel, And here's a quick
reminder that Nuvasel is provider only and it's sold exclusively
through licensed providers. If you're if you're curious on where
a provider may be located, go over to nuvasel Biologics
dot com. Or if you're a provider in your interest
and join the Nuvasel network over to nuvasel Biologics dot com.

(35:35):
You can also call our hotline at eight hundred and
six or six eight A two two and we'll try
to connect you with a local provider. All right, Grant,
So we were talking about that buzzword longevity and UH,
and with that comes the UH, the the bio hacks
and UH. And I've been in Regina medicine for ten
plus years. And uh, and I'll just go ahead and

(35:56):
say I think Regina medicine is probably the number one
bio hacked for movement. Can can you expand on that?

Speaker 5 (36:03):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (36:04):
Yeah, no, I definitely agree with that, right, because when
you when you boil down to a cellular level on
how regenerate medicine works, it's it's it's it's really you know,
waking cells up from sinessens. Right as you age, Uh,
you know, cells naturally go into the sinesten states where
they're inactive, and by introducing these different growth factors cidykins
and and exozomes, right, you can wake those cells up

(36:25):
out of out of the sinestens. So from a from
a scientific perspective, I don't think there's any better bio
haack than that, right, I Mean, that's that's the that's
the epitome of of anti aging, right, reversing the aging process.
So yeah, I think that's pot And then the cool
thing about that, right is it's it's natural. Right, this
is this is all you know, ethically sourced from the

(36:46):
Whartons jelly of donated biblical core tissue. There's no synthetics,
there's no, you know, lap grown synthesized products on at
least what we use in our product, right, it's all natural,
you know, from the body for the body. And and
that's you know, that's a big focus for us too,
right is it's it's not just you know, non invasive
and and you know, topical ways to to heal. It's
it's natural as well. And I think we're seeing a

(37:08):
big movement behind this with you know, RFK Junior and
and what he's doing with the FDA. But you know,
getting a little bit back to our roots and and
you know, uh as does the human race and finding
more natural ways to to heal and and live as
opposed to all these you know, synthetics mm hmmm.

Speaker 3 (37:28):
And and getting back to that, how can I move better?
How how can I move better into my sixties, my seventies,
my eighties and longer. You know we're gonna have We're
gonna have a lot more of these people live to
be a hundred, these centenarians. And if you're gonna if
you're gonna live to be a hundred, I know, I
know I'd like to at least be able to move
good that entire time. Uh and so so That's what

(37:50):
one of the questions I I often get when talking
about nubsel is what what is the downtime associated? Is
there any downtime?

Speaker 2 (37:58):
And uh?

Speaker 3 (37:58):
And how do you go about actually using it? How
how's it applied?

Speaker 2 (38:04):
Yeah? So to start, I know I mentioned this, our
product comes in a kit, right, So so a kit
is an a M and a PM bottle. You apply
it every morning and every evening and that kit lasts
for thirty days. So that's you know, one one treatment,
one thirty day treatment. You know, depending on on your
own uh personal health, the case you're looking at the

(38:26):
severity of it, the amount of kits you eat berries, right,
and that's the that that would be the job of
your healthcare provider to evaluate and recommend that. But to
answer your question on the downtime, there is none, right,
So what we actually recommend, you know, obviously depending on
the use case.

Speaker 7 (38:43):
Right.

Speaker 2 (38:44):
But you know, when you're applying news for the thirty
day period, you want to stay active, and we were
talking about that earlier, right, you know, for you know,
for me pain, a lot of times a good solution
is is staying active. And that's you know, part of
the benefit of new cell is we want people to
be able to stay active state moving while they're using
NEUSL and going through their treatment. Obviously there's that's a

(39:06):
you know, that's there's there's different scenarios, right, you know,
if you have a sprained ankle, you know, maybe you
want to lay off that for a little bit. And
that's why it's one of the reasons we only sell
through healthcare providers. We want to make sure that everyone
who uses DUBSL is getting evaluated properly. The doctor knows
what they're dealing with and what the best path forward
is so that nouvsel is going to work for them.

Speaker 3 (39:27):
Mm hmmm. And then another another question that that I
get periodically is about the is there any any contraindications
some sensitivities to this? Uh is, is everybody a candidate
for nuvasel?

Speaker 2 (39:41):
To answer your question, no, not everyone is a candidate
for for neuvasel, right, there is you know, a contra indictation.
So in our product, we use you know, d M
s O for for example, dm SL, which is a
you know, transferbal driver. I used to I used to
use neuvasol back in the day for for information. When
is that a best full turn in when red screen
and a quad rules and dimas on that. It's really

(40:03):
good for information as well, but really helps you and
penetrates very well into the to the skin. But there's
a small selection the people in the US who are
who are allergic to DMAs. So it's usually between one
and two percent of very small you know. Uh, there
there is a you know, a full country and education's
list that our providers have, right, but you know some
main things you want to you know, stay away from

(40:24):
as anyone with like active fantastic cancer.

Speaker 3 (40:26):
Yeah, absolutely, the you know, any any questions or on
this can be geared through a provider. You can also
go to Nuba Cell Biologics dot com or head over
to doctor Bob dot com and we love to answer
those questions for you. But news Cell is it's safe
for for pretty pretty much everybody. Again, that's why it
goes through a provider, is so so they can definitely
make sure make sure you go candidate for that. All right,

(40:48):
We're gonna be right back with Grant Towns and the
CEO of New Basel. You're listening to the Doctor Bob
Martin Show.

Speaker 4 (43:00):
Fous, Welcome back to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 3 (43:11):
I'm doctor Adam Brockman, and we've already reached the end
of the hour with Grant Towns and he's the CEO
of Nuva Cel And right before the break we were
talking about one of the common questions I get with
with contraindications or any sensitivities that may may come out
with nuvasel and it's pretty much safe for everybody. And
that's a that's the point we want to we want

(43:32):
to drive home. It's a it's a very safe effect
if it's a natural treatment. And in Grant, you had
a couple of comments that you wanted to make on
on that yet, right, yeah, yeah, at the end of
the day, right, it's so our product is a topical cream, right,
so the safety factor of that is is going to
be exponentially higher than some of your other invasive procedures.
And that's and that's the main thing, right, you know,

(43:53):
being able to avoid whether it's going into a surgery
where you're you know, getting cut open or going under
anesthesia or getting injection that maybe you can induce you know,
infections or or downtime. Right, Uh, you know, putting on
a topicalream comparative oid and you know, holistically is is
is very you know safe when when you look at

(44:14):
that from from a high level.

Speaker 2 (44:15):
And that's one of the other points we like to
drive home.

Speaker 3 (44:19):
M Yeah, and and Grant again, I know, uh, one
of the another one of the common questions I get
on this. Uh about was we talked about the the dawntime,
we talked about any any risk associated with it and uh.
But again the point point being is that nouvasl is
a is a great option for most people that wanting

(44:39):
to get out there and move grant. Now, again, if
if we're trying to get nuvaucel the provider network to expand,
because we get a lot of questions where where can
they find it? If providers want to sign up or
if listeners want to find nuvasl, how can they how
can they do that?

Speaker 2 (44:56):
Again? Ye? So first step is going to a site
newsl Biologics dot com and you v O C E
L L B I O L O G I c
S dot com. If you're a patient, you can go
to the I'm a patient section. There'll be a spot
in there where you can find a provider with a
finder provider tool and and like you mentioned, you know

(45:17):
we're we're pretty focused on growing unprovided network right now.
So you know, if you're a patient and you have
a doctor you want to recommend, please recommend them over
to us. There's a section if you if you look
for providers in your area and there isn't anyone you can.
You can include your doctor's information right there and we'll
reach out to them for you. If you are a
provider listening, you know, feel free to go on our
website apply for on account. You know, as we've talked about,

(45:38):
new via cell could be a great option for a
lot of people, especially in unprovided network. We're seeing a
ton of success for providers who combined NEWBSL with UH
shockwave laser therapy, red light therapy even in other you know,
type of regenitive and injections right, and there's some signs
behind that shockwave is going to help with the penetration,
red light's going to help with that. Sell your actives,

(46:00):
vity raise so that they all you know, they all
pill pair well together. And our providers who are doing
that are seeing amazing success with with their vision clientele.
And at the end of the day, that's what matters, right.
We want people to heal, want heal naturally.

Speaker 3 (46:15):
Mm hmmm. Well, Grant, thank you so much again for
joining us. Again. We've been talking with Grant Towns and
he's the CEO of Nuvussel that you can go over
to nuvassell Biologics dot com or you can hit up
our website, Doctor Bob dot com and click on the
Nubassel logo in our sponsor section. Grant thank you so
much for joining us today and I hope you have

(46:36):
a wonderful day. And the listeners, thank you for joining us.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
